Even though going to Everglades is must to do in Miami, I am very disappointed with this tour. We've seen no crocs at all - the show was very poor.

A trip to the Everglades is a must for all visitors to Florida but if I was going to do it again I'd probably do it with another tour company. Our bus driver was grumpy and unfriendly and the staff at the Everglades were pushy and a bit rude. We had to ride a big airboat because we were on a tour and you didn't get the option of riding a smaller airboat which if you came just with your family you could have done this. But overall it was a fun day. Cheers Janeane

The tour was fun, but it was kind of short. We were there for only about two and a half hours.

Good tour from Miami, you can see alligators at 1m from the boat. The boat is really big and we should be happier to have a little one instead. We were also disappointed because the tour is on a straight line with no bends at all, so you don't fill you are in the Jungle or something like this (-1 star). Also the boat is not very speedy, so you will not have sensation (-1 star). Anyway a good tourist tour with a very good and smiling staff.

The actually park was fabulous and the people at the park were very friendly. the tour guide we had could not care less . We were also picked up an hour late and had to call to find out if they were still coming. very poorly run on this ide of things. It let the whole day down. It ended up taking 6 hours for a 3hour excutsion.

Our star rating says it all. Fairly long bus trip, but the Everglades Air Boat tour was too short. It was wonderful to be there, but the "adventure" was rather short-lived.

Bus driver/Tour coordinator was good but the tour was poor. Basically got 5 minutes into the everglades and turned back. Airboat operator said it was due to lack of rain and limited areas that the airboat could go. I would suggest people look elsewhere if they wish to see the everglades.

I thought it could be more exciting. The airboat is very noisy, the scenery is the same along the ride and boring. For brazilian people is not interesting.
Alligator feeding was not performed. The alligators were sleeping.

Unpleasant experience. Picked up very late, then bus stopped straight in the middle of the highway (speeding cars to both our right and left, extremely scary!!!) to wait for another group. Tour was then in extreme rush, done only part of activities, and driver going on racist and unpleasant rants.

Wasted money to make this tour. Pick up takes about 1,5 hours - then all clients are finally on the bus - the you ride about 2 hours to the Everglades - there you exit the bus - the they bring you to the boat - after 15 Minutes the boat trip is over - and then the bring you to a boring animal show. After that they take you on the bus and you will have a ride of about 2 hours back. So 5 to 6 hours time investment for 15 Minutes Everglades Airboat Ride and 20 Minutes Animal Show. Really not worth the time and money!! Do not book this tour.

After re-confirming upon arrival we were asked to wait on the corner of Washington Avenue to be collected for our trip. We kept an eye out for the bus which in all fairness could have driven right past us as the collection point was so random. The tour and boat trip was fun but the tour aspect lacked enthusiasm. Sadly we never saw many alligators but it’s all very dependent on the day. We naively expected alligator infested water but no such joy. The alligator show was enjoyable and the $3 charge to hold an alligator was a bargain. The animal trail was very disappointing. I wouldn’t have come across it if my husband and I didn’t go for a wonder around the park. We didn’t see any alligators or anything else for that matter the pathway was surrounded by very tall grass and not much else. The return journey involved changing buses. The bus was in a very poor condition and packed to the rafters. Overall tour guides lacked enthusiasm and the trip was not very well organised. Tip: Be prepared for a late start/delays.

The tour was not as discribed. People were just standing around not knowing where to go or what to do. Big waste of money!
