Enjoyed the tour and the tour guide. Weather was overcast so it made it nice on the upper deck.
This is a great way to see all the sights in Miami. The tour guides were funny, knowledgeable and very informative. One bit of advice for people, ALWAYS try to take the busses with live guides, not with the taped recordings, unless you need to hear it in a different language. The only City tour left for the day had the headsets and while it was still informative it seemed a bit boring.
Great way to see Miami. Loved the boat cruise add on. Staff very nice, convenient and many stops available. Enjoyed lunch at Versailles Restaurant stop (Cuban eateries). Thanks for the stop at Little Havana, enjoyed that opportunity. Coconut Grove was great, wish there was a stop near the water in Coconut Grove with shopping; but the Mall was great. South Beach is a great place to stop and enjoy the beach.
You may want to better describe stop # 12 of the Beach tour as there really was not much shopping there: TJ Maxx and Publix and Best Buy. The descriptions leads one to believe it includes much more.
excellent tour guide The City tour was great- beach tour was just OK.
Finding parking in Miami is sometimes difficult and time consuming. So even though I had a car, I used the Hop-On Hop-Off. Good buses, Knowledgeable guides, Well placed stops.
Had an amazing time on an open air tour bus on a beautiful day. Really nice and knowledgable tour guide. I only took the beach loop, made a stop at Lincoln square, was very impressed by the Miami beauty. Thank you!
Had a blast and learned so much! I am history buff and I love history. There was alot info about Miami, Little Havanna, South Beach....awesoone
Wonderful time, will do it again next year didn't get time to do the City tour. But the beach tour and boat trip was wonderful.
This hop-on hop-off tour of Miami exceeded my expectation. I have friends coming on a cruise out of Miami, and I have already set them up to do this post cruise tour early next year. I will be telling many of my friends and relatives that this is the tour to do when next they are in Miami. Well done, you have put a great tour together.

The hop on hop off is the only way to see Miami, but the Biscayne Bay Cruise is the highlight of the trip.
Excellent .we even get a nice shower. Xoxo. To cool the hit. Very good.
The hop-on hop-off tour of Miami is a must for not only tourists but residents. It's a great way to spend the day, seeing the sights of this beautiful city and it's surrounding areas. The Biscayne Bay Cruise was definitely the highlight for us.
Great way to learn Miami Beach. You can go to the beach, shop, visit museums and much more. Alex was a great tour guide of the beach route. He knows what movies were filmed where. Some of the other guides were lazy. The Bay Cruise was great. You should reserve your cruise at the boat's kiosk, because it fills up. Don't wait too long to get into the boarding line or you may not get on the boat or be stuck in a bad seat. If you start out on the bus tour at the Bayside Shops, you have to turn your voucher into a ticket before going on the bus. The boat tour is in the marina on the other side of Bayside and not by the bus stop. The buses stop too early for you to do everything in one day. This was my second time using the Hop-On and will use it again. It's cheaper than taking a taxi to all the places.
