Very informative tour - though quite a lot of places you wouldn't particularly want to stop off but still probably best done over 2 days. The guides all generally very good.
It was a great time and I highly recommend this tour. Got to see a whole lot in one day.
Excellent trip, good value, good service
Bus tour was excellent. Great commentary and stops at the right places. Covers two loops of Miami and each loop takes around an hour if you don't get off. Cruise was ok. Shows the expensive houses etc. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.
This was a fabulous way to tour Miami and the Beach areas! The bus schedules were frequent enough so you weren't stranded, while giving you plenty of time to explore should you decide to hop off for a while. The tour guides were very informative and had great personalities. Thanks to the guides, I had my first taste of Cuban coffee (I'm still hyped!). Also, special thanks to David Rivera (Field Operations Manager) for your recommendations and information about Miami. The tour is definitely itinerary-worthy.
fantastic way to see miami and south beach
Guide was full of knowledge - had been guiding tourist for 10 years. Biscayne Bay Cruise showed off the better side of Miami.
A thoroughly enjoyable tour with friendly helpful staff. One suggestion - clearer information online and on booking receipt of pick-up points - could have saved me a 40 minute walk!

The Hop-On-Hop-off tour was GREAT! The tour guides on the bus were very helpful and fun to have on the bus. The bus even turned around to get us after we missed it due to not being at the right pick up. I had to call the customer service a couple of times just to make sure we hadn't missed a bus again and they were always very helpful!My suggestion would be to choose the 2 day option b/c we were a little short on time trying to see everything in one day. I would definitely use this tour service again!!
Very good overview tour with two routes. It's hard to find the starting location. A map or short walking directions would be a good thing.

A great tour, especially when Larry was the guide. Couldn't understand the new girl, she spoke too fast. We only had time to use the first half, which is too bad, since we really wanted to see Little Havana.
I could not miss that bus anywhere! and they were very knowledgable about things, people and places... we got on three different busses, Good foods in Little Havana!!! and Ice cream.
