this was a great experience, we loved the enviroment, our guide told a lot of information. nice alligatorshow and if you are here you have to try the gator bites at the restaurant, they are DELICIOUS. the miami tour was also great, but we hoped the bus would stop on some places to make some pictures but didn;t. overall we liked it very much

Too much time spent on a bus picking people up from hotels and dropping them off. All seemed very disorganised, had no time to have lunch, had to change buses and no opportunity to take photos on city tour as only made one stop,

Tour was not worth the time - the tour was in two languages, it was hard to see out the windows and impossible to take pictures.

The Everglades portion of the tour is nice, however the city tour was a total waste. They take you to three neighborhoods, including, little havana, coral gables, and briscayne bay. None of which are worth while. Also, the tour company wasted a lot of time picking/dropping people off; they seemed to be very uncoordinated. This alone must have been about 2 hours of our total day. We were not happy sitting around at all. Also, avoid getting dupped into buying the mosquito spray for the Everglades portion of the tour. You will not need it.

unfortunately when bus turned up there was only one seat available so we were transfered onto another bus and had to do the trip in reverse so other things we had planned around the two trips we had to cancel or miss the city and everglade tour

The everglades portion of the day was wonderful. The city tour was horrible. Our guide, NELSON, was hard to understand, unorganized, often did not know what he was talking about. He gave out wrong information, wrong dates and made several wrong and prejudicial comments about Jews. Worst tour guide I ever had.
