The tour also doubles as a bus service, since the bus makes frequent stops (but it was on time). Unfortunately, the original bus does not go all the way to Disney. A transfer is required at a bus depot to a waiting van. It is the van that will drive to Disney and return you to the bus later in the day. The day at Disney ends at six and you must be prompt! To the driver's credit, he waited 15 minutes past six... but he had to drive off to make sure to catch the bus on time. I hope this helps!

We reached the gates of Epcot center at 12:20 pm after changing three shuttles from the Universal Studio's parking lot. The guy who took us to the Epcot center had to fight with the lady checking for tickets at the entrance of the park. However the worst part was when I was told that I should be ready for pick up at 4 pm which means less than 4 hours at the park. When I protested they agreed to pick up us at 4:30 pm. I could get to only one ride that day. And when I came back for a pickup at 4:30 pm, no one showed up until I called the tour company at 5 pm. Very disappointing.
