The driver was very kind. He made two trips around the parking lot to pick up slow poke passengers.
Was nice to know it was set up prior to our cruise, and easy to call and be picked up in Ft. lauderdale and driven to Miami.

Cruise was caceled so other arrangements had to be made. Took the transport service on Super Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. Trip was as expected. On time and arrived as indicated. Driver was courtious and brought us to car rental center at the Miami International.
driver came about 20 min after i called. took me directly to MIA
Excellent! They arrived around 15 minutes after we called for them to come. Clean van. good driver. no problems.
Every thing worked out great,We called the morning we returned and there was very little wait time.
I use viator.com always, and the service is AAA always.
I throughly enjoyed my experience. Carlos was on time and very professional. Would definitely recommend
Picked up on time by friendly driver. They delivered exactly what they promised and to a good standard.
Was wonderful waited about 20 mins after call and everything went off with out a hitch. Will use again when area.
Our transportation from Port Everglades to the Miami airport after our cruise was excellent. We called the number provided upon arrival and our ride arrived about 15 minutes later. Make sure you know your cruise terminal number before calling. I immediately received a text telling me the number of our shuttle with a link to a GPS signal to show me where the shuttle was. Our shuttle driver was not the friendliest but we had quick, efficient transportation to the airport.
Good value and efficient booking of transport in USA from UK. They did exactly what was promised and the service was good.
The trip to Miami Airport was good. However, there was mass confusion at the Port of Miami
which other people wanting a ride who said they had booked the service. The driver handled
the situation very professionally and only allowed passengers whom he had to pick up and
called the SuperShuttle dispatcher to send more vans.
We waited less than 1/2 hour for our driver to pick us up. There was an enormous amount of traffic. It was raining and there were multiple accidents. The only part of our trip that I was not thrilled about was the fact that the other passenger we had to pick up was in a home. I felt a bit vulnerable driving into the neighborhood to pick this man up. Our driver was pleasant and drove well. We booked this shuttle on line and we assumed the van would look like the one in the picture which had a big wing on the side and was very easily spotted. However, when we got to Fort Lauderdale there was another company we were actually dealing with. Their vans had no distinguishing marks on them. We were told the van number and had no problem finding them. So, all in all, we had a very good experience with this shuttle system.
After our discovery that your van was not called Viator, we had no problems with the lovely lady that helped us from Super Shuttle. The driver was so very pleasant. The only problem was that we wanted to get to Miami Airport asap and he made another pickup which took up a lot of extra time that we had counted on using to go shopping before boarding our flight back to Barbados. We weren't able to shop as long as we wanted since many things are not available here on our little Caribbean island. We are Canadian citizens and just had things we needed to accomplish.
Confirmation call to my mobile phone prior to pickup from cruise ship was a nice touch, but there was some confusion at both pickups - - Miami Airport and Port of Miami. Drivers were courteous and professional in both transfer trips.
The trip was smooth, pickup was well coordinated and our driver found us right away. Our driver was very nice and an excellent driver.
I was expecting my ride to be at the pier waiting for me at the time on my transfer. I had to call for a pickup and was told that the van would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. It was more like 30 to 45 minutes before the van arrived.
We received this service due to a kind driver, otherwise we would have been left stranded. Two other drivers had REFUSED to contact the dispatcher at your office. Being overseas customers we had no way to call your office from Miami Port.
Please open a facilitation desk at Miami Port for overseas customers!
The first part shuttle from miami to port ft lauderdale was good. Coming off the cruise ship I called the day before because I realized I was getting off early. The woman on phone said just call us when you are outside. When I called they then said that I was supposed to confirm pickup and needed a confirmation number. I said I had called the day before and no one said I needed a confirmation number. They did come and picked up another couple at another port. Didn't need the stress. Prepaid for these shuttles. Also the woman had an attitude. I would not use again.
We had to call twice and wait 50 minutes for a pickup. Should be able to schedule pickup or have vans at cruise port to take riders to the airport.
Had to wait half an hour for shuttle to arrive. Journey itself was fine.
Very unpleasant experience, didn't accept an electronic voucher as stated on the email. It wasn't the drivers fault I blame viator. Will not be using them again to book.
