Three of us booked this experience together and we were the only guests on the boat. One of us didn't want to drive a jet-ski so we were supposed to have one hour as driver and passenger, plus 30 minutes as a driver on a second jet-ski. They agreed to us taking both out for 45 minutes, instead. They even gave us a guided tour of Biscayne Bay by jet-ski, which was a far more adventurous time than we would have had just pottering around in circles for 45 minutes! This was followed by a move to anchor off a much prettier Key, from where we played on a water trampoline, kayaked around the Key and tried paddle boarding. Taking into account all the activities, this was very good value for money.
This tour was amazing, Jet Skiing, Snorkeling and a great boat ride. Amazing host and great customer service. A well planned tour
We loved our guides! Rene drove to location and he was great! Captain Sam and edrick were great boat guides! Loved the music that played during our cruises! Would do it again in a heartbeat!
We were lucky in that we did it on a quiet weekday, so our group of 4 were the only ones there and so it felt a bit like a private tour. As it wasn't a busy day we were on a smaller boat, but on busier days there is apparently a boat that can accommodate up to 30 people. A short 10-15 min cruise out into the bay with the sound system pumping out some tunes, they even said we could put our own ipod on! Banana boat was good fun (fell off many times), followed by 10-15 min each on the jet skis. Did some kayaking for 30-40 mins and then a quick 10 minute snorkel, before moving out to do a cruise of island of stars homes. The captain and crew were friendly and were willing to have a bit of banter. My only disappointment is we didn't get a 30 minute trip on jet skis as mentioned in itinerary, but the time we had on them was fun enough, that I'm willing to let it go. Overall, an enjoyable trip!
overall, the adventure was good. they could've given us a bit more time on the jetski's and banana boat but other than that the experience was great. the captain was great and funny and he gave us a private tour of the celebrity homes on the water. i would recommend.
The day out was good fun, we were picked up from the hotel promptly and everything went pretty smoothly. What they had on offer were the jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, banana boat, water trampoline and some floating foam bed. There was enough time to have a go at everything and the staff were very nice and welcoming. We firstly sailed to an island where all the activities were revolved around and afterwards we left to another island where the water was less murky and is nicer to swim in. They provided snorkelling masks but the area we were in was in no shape for snorkelling. You wouldn't be able to see anything in the murky water and the area wasn't exactly where there were fish or corals. Aside from the disappointment about the snorkelling, the activities were good fun. The day was enjoyable and had a nice and relaxing vibe.
Where do I start? The trip is advertised as running from 10A-4P. We didn't leave until 10:30 because another group was running late. We left the "sand bar" at 2PM and were back at the dock at 2:30PM. We were told we wouldn't have the shuttle back to our hotel until 4PM so we paid for a cab to take us back. Snacks? There were two community bowls of nuts and pretzels. The jet skiing was fun, but it was not as advertised. When we booked this trip we were told the ride was 30 minutes each. In fact, we were doubled up on the jet skis for about an hour. Not quite the same thing. The trip was fun, but definitely not not not worth the amount we paid for it. I would not sign up again and I would recommend others investigate other options before booking this trip
