We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, it was everything we hoped it would be. The bus was on time and the guide was great, and we're so glad we got to see the Cinque Terre in our short stay in Milan.

Great views, great tour guide. Best to know more about each Terre ahead of time to better plan how long to spend where.

Cinque Terre is quite far but it's the place I love the most. I would like to go again. The people there are very hard working and friendly.

Although it is a long and tiring day, it was terrific. The bus was comfortable and the guide knowledgeable and responsive, but the key was the scenery and ambiance.

Plenty to see, a great trip along the coast. It was a long day but well worth it.

Weather was unfortunate, but it made for an exciting boat trip. The drive was interesting and we were well catered for. There was a breakfast break at 9am and lunch was available mid day. It poured with rain for our walk on the Via dell'Amore but we were all dressed suitably. The trains were interesting but views are rare as most of the journey is through tunnels.

The trip was well planned. We had enough free time at each stop. And it was not physically challenging like some reviews had stated.

The three-hour bus journey to join the boat was definitely worthwhile. The landscape is absolutely beautiful from both sea and land.

Not for the faint hearted. A very long day. 7.00am to 10.30pm. Plenty of walking, which is great if you are fit. Bus, boat and train with great sights to see all the time. Lots to buy from the African market on the dock at La Spezia. Prices negotiable. The stop over in Monterosso for a seafood spaghetti and a bottle of red was superb. Only down side was the coach driver took his wife with him for the day. No big deal except she sat behind him in the front seat, which was unfair as this is the best seat for views and taking photos. More thought for the customer would have been appreciated.

It was a beautiful day trip from Milan. The train was great, lots of free time to explore. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The place was excellent, but the guide was not. He was telling about Vesuvius and Etna, not so much about Cinque Terre. And I do not understand why we had to leave so early in the morning, because there are so many possibilities in Cinque Terre to explore those little towns. One could explore also the other towns. Some brochures given to customers do not fulfill the expectations of the work of an excellent guide.

The trip was canceled due to the bus breakdown. We were very disappointed - this trip was one of the highlights of the vacation we were looking toward to. Too bad!
