I was pleasantly surprised how well this trip went. The young lady who was the tour leader was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. All connections with boats, trains and buses went smoothly. Even though this is a long day it did not feel that long because of the various modes of transportation used. I highly recommend this if you want a nice quick visit to Cinque Terre.

Overall It was a good tour. Weather was hot so some had hard time. It should've warned that 20 minutes walking(very beautiful and I loved it!) is expected.

beautiful drive to Cinque Terre through the Cisa Pasa, Great that we got to see the villages from both the water and the land. As usual not enough time.

What a fantastic place to visit, tour was well organised and executed. Would have liked for water to be for sale on bus and perhaps the option of an organised lunch, however eating places were plentiful and cheap. Would also have liked an English commentary on ferry. Overall a great tour.

Though everything about the trip was just as advertised, the drive to and from the destination was really long. The time spent traveling was longer than the time spent at any of the towns. I also had really high expectations of Cinque Terre myself, but the towns were less colorful and interest-filled than reputations had it. I think to really enjoy the location, you need to spend a whole afternoon on the beach and take a dip; and this is not the trip for that.

great day tour, only thing is there isn't enough spare time at places, as people on the tour continually never meet back on time

The weather was great and that always makes a great start to a long day trip. The 5 townships are lovely, the food fantastic. We would love to have a bit more time to explore the villages but because we were covering all 5 villages, there were not time to explore except to stop at one village for lunch.

The tour of Cinque Terre was very well organized and run. I always wanted to see Cinque Terre and this was a perfect way of doing it, as I did not have much time. The area was very picturesque and you could take most beautiful photos from the ferry if you were lucky to get an unobstructed view. This was rather difficult as the ferry was “chock a block” full! We stopped in Monterosso for lunch and then had some free time to explore the narrow streets. The walk along the “Lover’s Lane” would have been great if it was not so hot! It was very hot everywhere, even on the ferry. No breeze at all anywhere! I am glad I went on this tour because I can now say that I have been to Cinque Terre! Do I want to go back there? No! It’s too hot, much too crowded, too steep and too narrow!
