We just need to sit in the coach and the driver drive us to the shopping outlet, when we reach the border, we so lucky that no need to check passport and get down the bus. so the whole journey only take less than a hour.We enjoy the shopping and the return bus wait for us just outside the entrance of the shopping mall.

Self-explanatory - it's simply a shuttle bus trip to the outlet. Best deals were at Gucci and Lacoste. We walked away with several bags from Fendi, Gucci, and Lacoste. Dior prices weren't that discounted and matched the same rates offered at the Dior outlet located in Southern CA. You must spend a minimum of 300 CHF at one store if you plan to claim a VAT Refund. This wasn't too hard with the goodies we bought at Fendi and Gucci. However, our total at Lacoste was only around 230 CHF. The minimum is quite high compared to other regions. In Italy, the minimum is only 154.94 EUR and in France it is 175.01 EUR to qualify for a VAT Refund.
TIP: Be sure to get your refunds stamped at the border on the way out. The shuttle bus will stop and allow time to get this done. Once this is completed, you can obtain your refund once you're back in Milan (or any other city) at any of the refund locations. Just make sure they accept Switzerland vouchers. Some refund offices will only accept the local vouchers. They really try to make it difficult for you to get your money back! You will NOT need to show these items once leaving EU. The only items you need to show at the airport are the ones that still require a stamp from customs.

The bus left on time for foxtown and the driver is very polite. No eating and drinking on the bus. We had a round 3 -4 hours to spend in the outlet. After we were picked up, we had to go down in the swiss border to have a our custom stamps. Its a great way to spend the afternoon in the outlet rather going there on you own which will come out more expensive.

Excellent trip. You will get great deals, even better than those in Milan. I would highly recommend anyone going. Got some great buys. I plan to go again.

It is a very simple process of booking online, validating the ticket with the coach operator and boarding the bus just several metres away. The bus departed and arrived Milan as per schedule.

First, i want to tell you that i'm not a big shopping fan.. so the time dedicated to the trip was ok from my point of view. But, there were lot of sales, at mostly of the stores, so that you could find some very good deals indeed. I liked the landscapes along the Como lake and i hoped to move more around the outlet, but it was very cold and it was snowing, so that i prefered a hot chocolate inside... smile... A plus for the trip was the way the drivers organized the return. There were 2 buses: the one which i took was for UE members, the other for non-UE members, who were able to obtain some deductions for the bills at the custom (which was supposing to write on different papers and so on). The very good point was that we didn't have to wait for these persons.
