The cooking class at Clara's home was wonderful. It was our first time making homemade pasta and we plan to try it out again at home using her recipe booklet. Her home is beautiful and welcoming! We made so much food that she sent us home with leftovers. Most importantly, the food turned out delicious!!
I loved my cooking class experience in Milan with Clara. We had an international group which made it very enjoyable. Clara is very well prepared as a teacher. She had all of the ingredients measured and available. We all learned, participated, and laughed all afternoon. It was a very hands on class and I have always thought that a person learns very well by participating. It was great.
We had an excellent time with Clara and our two kids (ages 9 and 7) loved it. We would highly recommend Clara's cooking class.
This was one of the best experiences we have ever had...from beginning to end this was such a valuable, fun and worthwhile cooking lesson. I took my family..6 of us ages range from 20 - 60 and everyone agreed it was a great family bonding time and are still on a high from the day....2 weeks later and we have cooked the same meal at home , made pasta from scratch ( easier than you can imagine and it was delicious ) and the limonchella is still steeping under the stairs...the day starts with introductions and plans in Chef Clara's own home..the vegetarian menu was agreed before we arrived so she had the best ingredients ready. We then started cooking with the best tutoring and it was such fun as she is so passionate about cooking..we all took part and even the most reluctant began to enjoy themselves...laughter was the order of the day and eventually we sat down and ate our spoils with the Chef and her family...and that was the best....excellent home cooked food, brilliant company and an experience never to forget....it was so worth the money..don't think twice ..just book it and get ahead as this lady is so popular you may have trouble getting your date. What a way to see Milan....
This was an awesome experience! Fun and informative. Chef Clara was great, you cook right in her kitchen while she shows you tips and tricks. We have used our recipes at home already. Highly recommended!
We loved this opportunity! Chef Clara is wonderful! She is informative and the class was a marvelous learning opportunity. The meal was a joy to prepare and Chef Clara saw to it everyone was involved in the preparation! This class is a must do in Milan!
My daughters and I had the opportunity to learn and make great pasta and other dishes from chef Clara. I can only give Clara my highest praise. We were made to feel very welcome and even though we are very basic cooks we were made to feel comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I only wish my travel plans would have allowed me to do more classes. Thank you Clara again for making my Milan experience happy and memorable.
What a wonderful experience. Chef Clara was well prepared and delightful. We each participated in aspects of preparation of risotto, polenta, veal, croissants, and panna cotta! I highly recommend spending a morning in Chef Clara's kitchen during your time in Milan -- fun, educational, and yummy!
This cooking class was amazing! I attended with my husband and another couple and everyone enjoyed the class. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Milan. We learned easy yet elegant recipes. All the ingredients are simple to find, which helps with duplicating the recipes at anytime. After we cooked we sat down to a family style dinner and enjoyed the fruits of our labor. And as a bonus got to meet some interesting people. We all left with a recipe book and a diploma. People of all experience levels will enjoy this class.
I went to this solo and was happy to be a part of a friendly group that included other solo chefs. The recipes we made were truly delicious, easy enough for non-chefs, but also educational. The chef was extremely organized. All the ingredients were ready to go and each of us played our part in their creation. Then, we sat down to lunch in her dining room with her lovely family. The four hours flew by. What a great time , I highly recommend this trip.
