The visit to the lace factory was not very good, I'd recommend that it should be dropped. Otherwise the tour was very good, well organized, and was enhanced by a very helpful driver.

This was an amazing trip. We did find it hard to find the tour bus but once we got going it was great. We went in winter so it was VERY cold. Lake Como is beautiful and I would most certainly recommend it.

There was plenty of spare time to explore when on land. Would have been better if the guide on the ferry was more attentive.

Again we quite enjoyed the tour but I think it could have been improved by using the coach to do some of the boat trip up Lake Como - we were on the boat for just over 2 hours and whilst seeing the villas was nice it did become somewhat repetitive. It would have been nicer to have spent 30 minutes in 2 of the other small villages on the way up to Bellagio and then have the time on the lake reduced to 1 hour.

Lake Como is beautiful, and Bellagio is very quaint. However, I think the tour is quite expensive. However, one time is quite sufficient for this tour. It's not something that you would like to repeat.

The tour would have been far better if more time was available in Como and Bellagio. The visit to the Bascillica near Como was disappointing and not many people on the tour were interested in the church. The boat trip on Lake Como was fantastic.

Nice place. Very scenic but can be a bit disappointing when it's grey and overcast. Tour overall was run very well with no problems.

The cruise was too long, but the views were spectacular! We didn't have enough time to shop at the silk outlet store, though.

The trip itself was ok but the guide was not worth having there. When we were on the boat she tried to use the ships intercom which a lot of the group had problems hearing. She just sat inside and read her paper, even when we were getting of at our stop she did not bother to see where everyone was, most of us in the group had to ask each other what was happening. The only thing about this tour that was the scenery. For your money you get a bus trip an escort on the ferry, which is not chartered by them, and the bus back. This was definitely not worth the 80euro pp that they charge.
