Very hard to find the pickup spot near the train station.

Very good experience, well worth the money. We got to see all the biggest sights in the city and really enjoyed it.

The City of Milan was absolutely beautiful. The hop on hop off bus tour was great, but I have to say that the people of Milan were not friendly at all. Whenever we approached anyone to ask something we tried to speak a little bit of Italian they were very short with us, I honestly don't think we will be back.

This tour is very much dependent on the weather. It's a good thing to do on a Monday, as most of the museums are closed on that day. It fills the day up with the two different tours; at least that's what we did.

The hop-on-hop-off is a great way to get around and meet people.

This is a great way to see the sights in an unknown city. Buses don't run regularly enough, so you seem to spend a lot of time waiting. At one point, we waited over an hour for the bus.

It was easy, and I got to see everything I wanted.

This is a great way to get an overview of the city and where sites are situated.

It is a good way of seeing the city if you are on a short break or even if you stay a bit longer, as in my case. I took this tour to get familiar with the city and chose the places that attracted me more to explore in the remaining days of my stay.

This gave you a great way to see the city in a cost-effective way. The two biggest drawbacks were that I wish it stopped closer to Santa Maria della Grazie, where the Last Supper Fresco is located, and that the buses came more frequently. It was often half an hour to an hour minutes between buses.

Informative and comfortable tour, which was only enhanced by the friendly staff.

Milan is a bustling city, I suggest you book the tour early on in your trip. You can get on and off the bus as you please. We did the whole thing then went back on other days of our holiday taking a longer look at the places of interest to us. Try some of the other trips too.

This was okay for what we paid. I wasn't that impressed but did learn a little bit about the city. I thought it would be easy to grab the bus to get around, but since it was only good for one day, it didn't help much.

Staff was aloof, not informed on voucher procedures. The bus ride to the points of interest was comfortable, the audio provided was informative. Staff, not Italian, seemed unknowing! The concept of hop on hop off is great. Needs to be informed and knowledgeable of stops, where the sights are and be able to share this information with the clients.
