This is a great way to see the sights in an unknown city. Buses don't run regularly enough, so you seem to spend a lot of time waiting. At one point, we waited over an hour for the bus.

It was easy, and I got to see everything I wanted.

This is a great way to get an overview of the city and where sites are situated.

It is a good way of seeing the city if you are on a short break or even if you stay a bit longer, as in my case. I took this tour to get familiar with the city and chose the places that attracted me more to explore in the remaining days of my stay.

This gave you a great way to see the city in a cost-effective way. The two biggest drawbacks were that I wish it stopped closer to Santa Maria della Grazie, where the Last Supper Fresco is located, and that the buses came more frequently. It was often half an hour to an hour minutes between buses.

Informative and comfortable tour, which was only enhanced by the friendly staff.

Milan is a bustling city, I suggest you book the tour early on in your trip. You can get on and off the bus as you please. We did the whole thing then went back on other days of our holiday taking a longer look at the places of interest to us. Try some of the other trips too.

The trip itself is OK, but the timetable is not that clear and has long waits as a consequence up to over an hour!

Description on pick up points was too vague. Not enough sights in Milan to see for the whole day. We used as transportation to shopping locations.

The staff was just present and not interactive with the travellers at all. Hard to find the stops.

First problem was finding where the bus stopped at the station but got there in the end. Next problem was a faulty socket for the headphones so sound distorted. More historical background and less music would be better. Overall worth doing if you have limited time available, and the staff were very pleasant.

Milan is a lovely city-and had the bus turned up at the time stated all would have been well. We only had the one full day to sightsee, and because of the 2 hour wait, only managed to make one full trip - no hopping on or off. A taxi would have saved us money and exasperation.

This was okay for what we paid. I wasn't that impressed but did learn a little bit about the city. I thought it would be easy to grab the bus to get around, but since it was only good for one day, it didn't help much.

Staff was aloof, not informed on voucher procedures. The bus ride to the points of interest was comfortable, the audio provided was informative. Staff, not Italian, seemed unknowing! The concept of hop on hop off is great. Needs to be informed and knowledgeable of stops, where the sights are and be able to share this information with the clients.

These tours are brilliant even if you don't like coach tours generally. This one was badly spoiled by almost silent and unsynchronized commentary.
