I was there in November and understand that tickets were not available otherwise, sold out for up to three months. The tour guide was very helpful. I have booked many Viator tours and have found in all cases, advance booking is still cheaper than booking the same tour in the host country's currency.

We took the trip on Saint Ambroise Day and the day 'La Scala' had its official opening concert. It was lovely and very special. The guide was very good and knowledgeable. She was also a very kind person. The tour takes you through the very important places in Milan and especially to the 'Last Supper' which is even more impressive than one could imagine. We enjoyed it very much and we recommend it to everybody who passes through Milan.

Within a few hours, we got a complete picture of Milan! I recommend this for short trips, and for the first visit of Milan, to get the first impression and overall info.

I loved every part of this tour. It was just what I needed to show me what to see in Milan. The tour touched a little bit of each great thing and then I had my own time to go back and see what I wanted. Without this tour, I would have been lost! Our tour guide was excellent, knew her stuff, and very friendly.

If ever you wanted to know everything about a city, this was the tour. Our guide was well informed, considerate to the group, and oh so knowledgeable. I usually avoid organised tours but must say this experience really changed my mind. My only criticism would be the amount of walking was too much for my mother. We thought it was 2 hours on the bus and 1 hour walking. The bus was really only to move us to the next sight, which was different from we expected.

We had so little time to see Milan, and the guided tour helped us see Milan's highlights, leaving us with the desire to return for more days. The tour guide was excellent!!! She really knows her city and made us felt that, for the tour operator, tourists are real people and we matter. I have already recommended Viator to everyone.
