Our personal shopper arrived early, though he was kept waiting for a long time because the hotel failed to inform me that he had arrived. Even so he was courteous and kind. We were so impressed, he was very knowledgeable about the whole fashion industry, he gave my daughters some great tips and advice.

Your internet advertising had a problem, it should list all shopping possibilities. The day after I took your sightseeing tour of Milan and found out that the best shopping was Buenos Aires street and I was taken only to the designer area. I am a big shopper and I returned to my hotel with nothing. I have never been to Milan and I had no idea of where to shop so I asked for an overview.
