The trip was perfect. We had a lovely and professional guide.

It was OK. The guide was boring and took a very long time explaining unnecessary things, didn't leave free time for us and took more money for the gondola than we should pay.

The tour could have been better in that there was not much time to explore the city. We did have a little more free time than the people who took the gondola ride, however, without being given maps or some printed material explaining the key sites in the city we were not able to capitalize on the free time.

The trip to Venice was fantastic, but the tour guide was not very good. The guide arrived late, and the bus was even later, even though we were told to arrive early. My fiance and I had arranged to take a gondola ride. That tour guide was late to meet us, then wandered around with us and took us to the wrong gondola departure. She then argued that my fiance and I had to go on our gondola ride with two random people! Our guide then left two people in Venice!
Long day 13 hours. I felt Venice is overrated. A bit like a theme park situated amongst modern day commercialization.
I've used Viator for years - but would NEVER recommend this tour. 7 hours on a bus for 4 hour in Venice with only 2 hours free time. Save money and take the train.

The guide was not good. There was no introduction or tour when we reached Venice. She just brought the group from Milan to Venice with no tour content. This was just the bus ride and the ferry ticket to Venice; it was definitely not worth paying for a tour! It was very very disappointing for my first time trip to Venice.
