Just couldn't have been better..picked up right at the cruise ship dock on time, then 5 hours of sightseeing. Guide spoke perfect english and gave us the best possible experience..We'll be back
As the only traveler on my tour day, I was lucky to get extra-special attention! Even with more travelers, I'm certain this would be just as good a tour. My tour guide was friendly and extremely knowledgable. I learned a lot about the areas and sights, and had plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy myself. I definitely recommend this tour, and this tour company!
The highlight of this excursion was the time spent in St. Paul de Vence, a charming walled city about one hour from Monte Carlo. The driver/guide was prompt, courteous, and quite knowledgeable about the French Riviera. Unfortunately, there was only twenty minutes allotted to our time spent in Cannes, which was enough only for a bathroom break, and one photo stop outside Antibes. One couple was late in arriving at the pickup point, and so that may have caused us to lose time on the tour.
Fabulous tour guide was brilliant though it rained will rate it 4 out of 5 due to limited time
This tour more than met our expectations. Unfortunately the other five people on our tour delayed us at a couple of stops resulting in not having enough time in Antibes which was the highlight of the trip.
Most of the afternoon spent in the minibus, only 15 minutes in Cannes, which really wasn't long enough. Good to do if you want a tour and have no other means.
Let me start by saying that overall it was a good trip and value for money. I would however make two recommendation. (1) At each location sufficient time should be allowed for people to walk around and get a feel of the place. I fit means to increase the time by 40 - 60 minutes. As an example we were permitted only 15 minutes at Cannes. By the time one went to the restroom and clicked photographs at the red carpet, it was time to go. No time to walk down the famous promenade. (2) A speaker system should be fitted in the car to be used if the guests desire. The guide was great and kept us interested the entire tour. My personal compliments and regards to her.
Poor guide. Lasted 6 hours. Picked us up in Monaco and 2 more couples in Nice. By the time we picked them up, we had been in the van for an hour. The traffic was very bad in Nice. When seated in the back of the van, could not hear guide.
