Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the Layover Lounge Access: Club Mobay at Sangster International Airport. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
Only way to travel, we were treated like rock stars! We wish Mobay club was available at every airport. Next time we will get to airport earlier just to enjoy the departure lounge!
As we entered the airport, a Mobay Club rep was there holding a sign with our names on it! From there it was an express lane through customs and into the lounge! Once in the lounge, it was relaxing! We refreshed ourselves as rep met our Joe Cool Taxi driver for our departure to Sandals Whitehouse!!!
I was really impressed with the set up. I wish I new in advance about the spa services.
Great service and well worth the money. Nothing better than relaxing before or after a long flight!
We used this both ways and wow - was it worth it. On the way out, not such a big wait but on returning - do not hesitate to do this. Well worth the money spent:-)
Unfortunately, I was not able to fully enjoy my stay at Club Mobay. There were delays in getting baggage checked and problems with tickets. What I did see and experience was very nice.
I was meeting friends from Canada in Jamaica, so we decided to use Club Mobay to have a common place to meet and wait in comfort, as well as to expedite the customs process in the event that the airport was busy. It only saved us a few minutes of waiting, but the service was very nice; a cold towel and rum punch are a wonderful way to begin your stay in one of the best places on earth! I would use this service again, especially if I was traveling during a busier time of year.
I think the effectiveness of this really depends on how busy the airport is. We flew in/out on weekdays and the lines just were not bad. I didn't think we got through any faster than people without. We were only in the arrival lounge for about 5 minutes and I felt like we were being rushed into that. I would have just as soon been in the Sandals lounge. The departure lounge was nice for waiting, but not imperative for a couple of hours. I think if you were traveling on a weekend or at a busy time of year this might be more valuable.
