Our round trip transfer from Montego Bay Airport to Negril went very well. We were taken from the airport in a large, air-conditioned, very comfortable bus. We stopped off halfway for beers and to stretch. The bus driver pointed out towns and points of interest. On the return trip a week later, the driver was about 15 minutes late picking us up, so we were a little worried, but it was no problem. He showed up and we were on our way. Would definitely use Viator again.

The overall experience was great. Upon arrival at the tour desk we were greeted warmly by the desk personnel. They confirmed our reservation and guided us to our awaiting bus. Before departing the airport, the bus experienced air conditioning problems. However, the wait was not long before another bus was provided. Great service and on time.

Our driver was very informative about the island as we dropped off guests on the way to our resort. Even though we were the last stop we loved our driver and the ride.

Driver was courteous and friendly. It was not a long drive but it was definitely worth doing. It is the safest way to go especially if you are not familiar with the area.
