I had a wonderful driver, I believe his name was David. He knew the roads very well and drove accordingly. He gave me an informative history lesson along the way, pointing out the small towns we drove through. He also showed me where the 5 star hotel was, something like Grand Palladiam. Told me of the danger of going up into the mountains and also alittle bit about the politics since I was asking alot of questions. I will definatey be booking with Viator next time I go to Negril Jamaica

Excellent trip. While the drive is long, the tour guide was energetic and kept us occupied the entire way there. The falls themselves were an incredible experience. Not to be missed.

There was a little bit of a delay when we left the airport but we arrived at our resort in a timely manner. They sent a car to pick us up and take us back to the airport which was awesome.

Highly recomended!! Very helpful and reliable. Upon our arrival we were told a time for pick up. When it was time to leave they picked us up from our resort on time. They also provided us with a name and number for travels outside of our resort. We will use them next time we visit Jamaica.

The driver taking us to our resort was very good and very knowledgeable!! The driver on the way back did not talk much but did get us there on time like promised

Our transportation was great. We boarded a large bus and visited with the bus driver until all the seats filled up about 30 min. Then off we went to the hotel. Safe travels.

After we landed in Montego Bay, the gentleman working the shuttle desk at the airport was very friendly and helpful. We were on a bus to our Negril hotel within 15 minutes, which is fast in Jamaican time. For the return trip a car was sent to pick us up.
