We booked the airport transfer to our hotel and it was very easy. It was slightly less expensive than booking directly through the hotel and the bus driver was helpful and very friendly. The arrived right on time for pickups.

i can't belive how easy it was to organise my transfer from Montego Bay to the Hotel in Ocho Rios.
I booked this the day before i landed and everything went really smoothly. I had to leave a day earlier than i had arranged my return trip to the airport due to hurricane Sandy and they picked me up with only 2 hours notice.
The driver was very friendly and informative about the island.
I will definately be using Viator/Holiday services on my next trip to Mobay.

My trip was great. The driver who picked us up was on time and gave us a relaxed save drive to and from the airport. He was pleasant, helpful, informed and entertaining. I most definitely will use your service again and will recommend to others.

We booked our transfers through Viator from Montego Bay airport to our hotel in Negril and we were very happy with our choice. We payed for the bus tranfers which were very cheap but when we were arrived we were the only ones so we had a private transfer and the driver was very nice and told us about everything we were seeing along the way it was a lot of fun .Our return transfer was just as pleasant an experience they were on time and very nice . I will definetly be back to Jamaica and will definetly be using Viator for our transfers and tours next time .

The transfer service from the airport to our motel was great. We had an air conditioned car and the driver was very informative and made us feel very welcome to Montego Bay. The return trip to the airport was with a different driver but was also very nice. The driver was on time picking us up and stopped at a spot to let us take a last picture before we left. I would highly reccommend this service.

good service and not expensive.we had a transfer from Montego Bay to Negril and back.drivers were on time and very nice people.next day after arrival they sent us a guide that offered lots of things to do in Jamaica.would use viator again

The driver who picked me up at the airport was very good and the one who took me to the airport was excellent. Everything was handled professionally and all expectations were fully met. I will be using Viator during my future travels.
