The transport service was perfect for out group of 7. They met us at the airport and we only waited 5 minutes. We did have a van all to ourselves, though, so not sure if that made any difference. Our driver was very informative and friendly on the way to the hotel. The pick-up was also scheduled with ease. I definitely recommend this!

We had great Service! They were on time, there was great music on the ride to our resort, and they provided information on tours for our group. I have already recommended this company to a friend who will be traveling in December. Thanks for everything!

The vehicles we were picked up in were comfortable. It wasn't the small bus as pictured, but that would be because there was only 2 of us using the service. The drivers were cordial. We scheduled our pickup the day before for our departure and they indicated they would be there no later than 830am. The driver was only a few minutes late. I have no complaints, I would use this service again. The fees were reasonable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always on time. This got us to and from Negril safely, and they were very accomodating.

Our driver was excellent. It was cheaper than most other services. The other larger services made other guests wait till the bus was full, but our driver took us right away, it was like having a private service just for us.

It was better than we expected. We got personal service, and we had booked a bus but were upgraded to a car just for my husband and me. Excellent.

Our transfer from MBJ to Negril was good. We had to wait a bit for the driver, but we were the only ones in the van. The return transfer was a little different, the driver was on time, which I was surprised with. But he picked up his "uncle" & gave him a ride about 15 miles, then we stopped along the way to pick up some papers for him to "deliver" to MBJ. We had enough time prior to departing flight so I didn't mind too much, but just thought it was a little odd. The price was definitely worth it as we arrived to the resort prior to the major tour transfer companies!!

When we arrived, they did not have a bus big enough for us. There were 12 of us. We had to wait about an hour to leave the airport.

The people at the airport put us off, ignored us and left us waiting off to the side, and then all but demanded a tip. Then on the day of our departure we were told that we would be picked up at 10am and that we did not need a voucher, however they were an hour late and then stated that we needed a voucher to get on the bus.
