River Boarding on the Rio Bueno in Jamaica
After pickup from your hotel, head out to the river for a brief safety training. Take a short walk through the beautiful Jamaican rainforest as you make your way to the launching spot. Then, hop in the water on your river board and navigate through the winding Rio Bueno. Follow your guide as you steer with your hands and legs over the white-water rapids and splashing cascades. You’ll have the chance to take a break halfway through your rapids adventure to lounge on the river banks, cool off in the water or even try out the rope swing.
Then, jump back in the water and head further downstream as the Rio Bueno takes you towards the Caribbean Sea. Once you reach the mouth of the river, you’ll be taken by boat to the shores of Bengal Bay. Admire the beautiful beach views or take a dip in the refreshing Caribbean before being transported back to your hotel.

This was a great trip - we had to go off the beaten path to get to the part of the river where the tour started and it was great to see the "real" part of Jamaica, not just the resort. The tour itself was a lot of fun and our tour guide was great!!!

Great tour guide! Reasonable price. Not much to the "rapids" so as long as you don't have "whitewater" expectations you will have a great time on this excursion.
