This is a fantastic tour that should be number 1 on everyones list. Don't listen to anything you have heard about Kingston. It is a wonderful place to visit and nice people to meet.
Although, the other people on the tour who booked directly with JTL paid the same price as us and theirs included the admission to the Bob Marley museum. Also, we ate at a mall in Kingston and not at the Presidential House like it was stated.

My wife and I were very pleased with our scenic tour of Kingston with Viator. Our guide Carol was most helpful and as we had a small number on our coach we were able to have some flexibility as to where we spent our time.
It was a long day , but the coach was on time to pick us up 5.45 am ! and we felt we had good value from the experience.
My tour was amazing and my Driver was great I always love going on tours with JTL

On time and efficient, tour guide was helpful and personable and tour was interesting.
I had a wonderful time driving down to Kingston from Montego Bay, 3.5 hours! I was the only one on the tour, so I had my very on driver and tour guide! We were like family by the time I made it back to the resort. I had the best jerk chicken served up in a ball of aluminum foil and the best ice cream, just two of the many stops we made. The trip ended at the Bob Marley museum, great trip!
Ms.Carol is a fantastic tour guide and Chris the driver was great! He made us feel safe during the drive and she made it fun the whole trip.
We had a great time in Jamaica!!! Excursion was wonderful; especially we had the BEST tour guide/bus driver. Ms. Carol and Chris, (2 thumbs up).
All in all an excellent experience
With a friendly and knowlegable driver

Our guides went way out of their way to Port Royal because I asked it, an they went out of their way to show us the Tuff Gong Studios and Red Stripe Breweries because they knew I was a fan. Even though we had been on the road all day, and some were anxious to get back, they made a special stop at a local Beef Patti stand because they knew I wanted the authentic Jamaican food and not the tame versions served on the resort. And of course we hit the Bob Marley museum. Kingston is well worth the effort. The road trip was all day, yet you get to see the mountains and streams of Jamaica along with the Shanty Towns. It will make your experience much more real and enlightening than just sticking to your resort. The price was really cheap. Others on the same bus were really jealous of the Viator price we paid.

The bus driver and the tour guide were absolutely wonderful. The driver was well skilled, and we were informed of all of the important facts of Montego Bay and the great heritage and history of the Island - which made the bus ride enjoyable. Thanks so much.
I loved it, the scenery was be beautiful. The tour guide was excellent and was very nice.
The scenic tour of Kingston was great. The tour guide gave us very good information about Kingston. I wish we could have made more stops to take pictures. Also, we should have been told at the beginning the fee to get into the Bob Marley museum.

Would recommend to anyone wanting to seeing more of Kingston!
An OK tour! I expected a bit more since drove all the way from Montego to Kingston. We visited an old church in Spanish town, Devon House, the park of heroes and Bob Marley museum. The hiidd should have given us more time to get the feeling of the place. Instead, we were just rushed through.
A great tour BUT I thought the Bob Marley museum admission was included in the price paid but wasn't (and I never got in as I had forgotten my wallet, I had been robbed the day before so my head was all over the place, it broke my heart not to go in: I was hoping the tour company could help, but no)
Our driver was well versed and informative on the trip from Montego Bay to Kingston, as well as the tour guide at the Marley museum.
It is sad though, that Jamaica apparently does not have plastic bottle recycling facilities as the two cities that we were in (Montego Bay and Kingston) was littered profusely with plastic and other debris.
If not for the debris, etc., Jamaica would be a beautiful island.
This was an okay tour. Excepting for a tour of Bob Marley Museum, nothing really was shown as part of the trip... A 13 hour tour, with very little to show or explain... loved it though.
"OK" - yes; but I couldn't help feeling a little disappointed in the short time we actually had in Kingston - I accept that it's a long drive to get from Mobay to Kingston and back again in a day, and it's a long day for the driver and guide. But apart from a couple of photostops, we were not really allowed to get out and have even a brief walkabout. Kingston has a bit of a reputation for crime, but I would have thought it would be possible to actually set foot in the place, even for a short stroll. It is hard to really get an impression of a city through the window of a tourbus. More positively, the visit to the Bob Marley museum was interesting and informative. Glad I went (the drive along the coast and across the mountains is good in itself) but wish I could have seen a bit more of the city (while avoiding obvious 'no-go' areas).
horrible. don't waste your money. just rent a car and find bob marley's home by yourself.

This was not a tour, it was just a bus ride.
The guide picked us up at our hotel but didnt ask for our voucher or check our names off a list. She didnt introduce herself, or give us any idea of what we were doing for the day, even once all the other guests were on board.
She asked us where we had been told wed be visiting on the tour, and laughed at some of the things guests suggested. We literally drove straight to the Bob Marley Museum, then to Devon House, then back to Montego Bay. We did not see anything of Kingston. We didnt do any sight-seeing, shopping, didnt visit Port Royal, or see any other buildings of interest. We didn't see the city. We chose to pay for a tour of Devon House, but others who did not spent 90 mins in the courtyard outside with nothing to do. We had been told wed be taken to a restaurant for lunch but in reality we had to grab a pastry from the bakery in the Devon House courtyard.
She gave us some history on the journey until we reached Spanish Town. We did not get any information about Kingston nothing of the history/politics/general info.
The guide and the driver appeared to want to get back as quickly as possible, and do the minimum they could on the tour. The driver drove so fast and erratically that one guest had to stop the bus to be sick. We were back in our hotel by 5pm.
We were really disappointed, and would not recommend this tour company. The Bob Marley Museum entrance fee and the Devon House entrance fee were not included in our tour cost, so what did we pay for? Only a bus ride to the museum!
