Our 2-day tour from montreal to niagara falls and toronto was excellent. Tour guide Maria was very knowledgeable. However, the tour must have a longer time at niagara falls and the overnight hotel stay should have been near the niagara center where the action is in order for it to be more enjoyable. otherwise, this tour is a must for first time traveller and definitely worth the cost of the trip.

Excellent trip, very impressed with Gray line tours. The Niagara trip was very well organised and the guide very informative. I took a few Gray line tours while in Montreal, their guides are excellent, in particular Norman

We enjoyed the trip but almost didn't make it due to a booking glitch! The tour operator didn't have our names on the list and told us that the hotel was booked out. Luckily there were seats on the bus so we hopped aboard and the tour operator organized a room while we were on the road. That was the only negative point about an otherwise wonderful and unforgettable trip.

This was a wonderful trip and well worth the money. The guide was excellent- very knowledgeable and interesting. There was adequate time for discovering Toronto on our own and plenty stops made on the long bus journey. Only the breakfast at the hotel was a bit disappointing because there was no milk offered for children and we were charged extra for milk for our 5 kids. Nonetheless I would highly recommend this trip.

2 long days but they were interesting. Niagara Falls spectacular and Niagara on the Lake is a beautiful village to visit. The motel was very good also. On the whole a very good two day tour. CN Tower in Toronto definitely worth visiting also.

we were not very happy with this tour, tour guide was a bit disorganized we missed out on going to falls on the corect day because the bus driver decied to change the route therefore we had to do the maid of the mist on second day which then gave us less time in Toronto

Excellent!!! Tour and hotel in the Niagara Falls. My only advise is on the Second Day , the breakfast is too limited you have to choose between eggs or bread !!!!, and the tour leave the city of Toronto too early around 2:00 pm..

Accommodation not as requested and more time spent in souvenier shops than at the falls. Not well organised and would not recommend this tour.

On the whole a great trip. However there were many aspects which leads me to give this a below average rating. 1, we took an unscheduled stop which lead us being late for the final boat at niagra, 2) the guide was exhausted, stressed and disorganised (although very knowledgable and nice), due to missing the boat, our second days, schedule was too tight, giving us 3) only a maximum of 10 minutes at the top of cn tower and not long enough to explore Toronto. My daughter was constantly concerned that if we were late we would d get left behind. We constantly had to clock watch. I think the poor guide was so tired, it did affect her work and organisation. On a positive, once we got there, the sights were amazing, the hotel was extremely comfortable, great breakfast and the guide and the driver were very kind.

The website state "Once in Niagara Falls, you will board the Maid of the Mist (admission included) for a breathtaking cruise into the magnificent falls. When your cruise is complete, the motorcoach will drop you off at your hotel where you can enjoy the evening at your leisure." We understood from the start that it would be a 7 hour bus ride, however no where did it say that we would barely have enough time to enjoy the Maid of the Mist and the falls. We had to board the bus immediately after the cruise only to drive for another 30 minutes to Niagara on the Lake. Although a quaint town, we signed up to go to Niagara Falls. We had an hour in this town, drove back (another 30 minutes) to Niagara Falls were allowed 45 minutes (what can you do in 45 minutes) brought back to our hotel and told the rest of the evening was ours. It was 8:00 p.m. by this time, we did not have time for dinner anywhere and we were exhausted. Both the bus driver and tour guide were great, however before booking this trip I would have preferred knowing the actually tour for the day. It clearly was not what the brochure or web indicated.
