TThe trip itself and ths bus driver along with the other passengers was fantastic. Got to see NYC landmarks, see mamy interesting sites and had free time to explore the city as we so desired. Bus driver was fantastic and new her routes, landmarks, things to see. Actual tour guide was a kid: unreliable, didn't know the sites and often late. Felt like he was there for a free trip and passengers counted each other and had to babysit him. Other than our friendly, clueless immature guide (1st tour and hopefully last) hotel was clean bus driver very professional and helpful and we had a great time!

The guide and the driver were very nice, funny and helpful. The guide , Jean-Marc, knew very well NYC and its history. Sophie, the driver, was smooth in her driving and very funny.
The activities proposed were satisfying.
However the trip was very tiring because much longer than described (3hours longer). Some shops open only on weekdays were closed when we arrived.The hotel was fine and clean except for a smell of moisture in the room maybe due to the impossibility to open the windows.

A trip was worthwhile and good value for money. The guide was courteous and very knowledgeable. The driver was very accommodating, making stops when needed and picking up later than the designated time for those who wished to see a Broadway show. The hotel was comfortable and clean.
The only negative aspect of the trip was at the border entering the US where our bus had to two hour wait including full inspection causing a very long delay (we arrived in NY at 6:30 pm instead of the scheduled time of 2:00 pm), thus shortening out sightseeing opportunity. We effectively had only one day for sightseeing.
I would recommend this tour but expect delays at the border.

We had a great time. It was a perfect combo of tour and shopping. Our best memory was the walk thru Central Park. The city was bigger than we imagined. We would love to do the tour again. The people were great! Angie

Apart from a very long wait at the boarder, our room needed some tender loving care and the bus could have been cleaner - our tour guide and bus drive were exceptional. Super nice and helpful. Despite these minor flaw, I would recommend it to friends. Thanks
