The only real complaint I had was that it was extremely hot on the bus while waiting for everyone to load each time. I wish the operator would have turned on the A/C during that time period.

The sights were good, but there was not enough time to eat or get more than a glance at the sights we went into. The bus driver put us under pressure to be back at the bus earlier than the time he gave us to meet.

We were looking forward for the ride on a cable car up to the Olympic Tower's observatory for spectacular views of Montreal. For some reason that did not happen. The guide who was nice and informative kept talking about the incident the previous week about the cable car being stuck. We were really upset about that since that should be included in the tour. When another member of the group asked the guide about it saying she will pay for her own ticket since they did not get the tickets for us the guide told her that if she gets stuck the group will not wait. We spent 1 hour and 30 mins in the Olympic Park just to eat lunch and looking at some displays. The bathroom door at the back kept on opening, we told the guide but nothing was done about it. The person sitting in the last row had to hold it, although he did not really complain about it. Spot to pick up tour was convenient.

Just cruising by buildings is not really a tour. And the trip was was too long not to include a snack break. We passed several hot dog stands; even those would have been fine. The bathroom on the bus was filthy and had no toilet tissue. I loaned facial tissues to everyone! This tour needs some rethinking. Maybe it should be longer, with a snack break and a few stops somewhere earlier. Guests from the USA don't usually eat lunch at 2:00 p.m., and that should be considered. Being forced to budget our time in the biodome so that we could get lunch in the time frame allowed was not practical, especially since we didn't know how long it would take to get lunch. I would not recommend this particular tour for these reasons. The guide, however, was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Not good if the weather is bad. The trip focused on the attractions and provided little insight in to the history and development of the city. But interesting overview of the city.

The trip was good and the driver entertaining, but there were not enough stops and the trip to a more industrial area of Montreal was a bit of a waste. I would have cut that out and used the time to stop in Old Montreal. It would have given people a chance to get a bit more of the flavour of the city.

Overall, I would have had more frequent smaller stops rather than one big stop at the end centered around the Olympic Stadium area. There is not enough time there to see the botanical gardens so it wasn't worth stopping there.
