Excellent tour visiting key locations in Montreal. The tour guide was excellent in his knowledge and description of the locations. Will recommend it !!!!!!!!!

All our arrangements were made thru your LV office. When we arrived in Montreal we called Greyline tours as instructed by your office. We told her the pier where we were at and she told us to stay put and look for the Greyline bus at 9:15 for pick up. After 9:15 and watching lots of people come and go on different tours we never saw a Greyline. We asked different people and no one seem to know where we should be meeting the bus. Finally, someone suggested we take the elevator down and walk out front to security. We took the elevator down and were told by security personnel that we were not allowed down there. After we showed him your comfirmation letter he directed us to another security station on the ground floor outside. We had no choice as he wouldn't let us go back up so we were out in the cold. At that point we met 4 other travelers who were going on your tour and they were as lost as we were. The security women said there was a shuttle bus (not a Greyline bus) that was waiting down there but left as no one was there. We ended up walking 2 blocks with our luggage and my husband with a cane to get a taxi. It cost us $17.00 plus $3.00 tip for a total of $20.00 which I feel should be reimbursed as this was not our fault. When we called that morning why didn't the women tell us where to meet the bus. The tour itself was good but getting there was just too much trouble.

Just a bus tour with a few stops for photos. Tour guide did not accompany/provide any information about the Basilica Notre Dame - just let us out. Overall, a decent exposure to Montreal.

Very poorly organized in the beginning and started over 1/2 hr late but did not go over 1/2 hr. to make up the time lost.
Tour guide knowledgable but very difficult to understand.
Unfortunately it rained the whole tour.

The falls was no big deal, the driver/ tour guide was unenthusiastic. The church was beautiful and the copper museum was interesting. If you only have one day, do a old town city tour.
