we took the ghost hunt tour, there were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 tweens. We all really enjoyed the tour. It was very professional and we were all very impressed at how well the actors played their parts. The only negitive point of our whole tour 90min. was an inappropriate comment to one of our tweens at the end of the tour, by the last actor, It frightened one of the tweens. But apart from that I would highly recommend it to these age groups, not for younger children as it is a little scarry. We scored it a 9 out of 10.
The guide was good. A bit ot the walking. Great stories to hear. Unfortunately it rained all the time. Therefore not so pleasant. However, something different.
A bit entertaining, a bit spooky, and very hokey, but not worth what you pay for it, especially seeing as the people of Montreal can be heard laughing at the group as they walk by. Also, it apparently is not for youngsters. We had an 8 year old on our tour, and halfway through the walk he was so scared he and his parents abandoned the tour.
A little hard to follow the story as it was not really self-contained. Good effort on the ghost teller though. Would have been more interesting to have more 'actors' involved, and possibly re-live some of the tales!
I had done too much walking already that day so my friend went and I stayed at the hotel. She said I made the right choice because the lady went very fast and there would have been no way I could have kept up the pace. I believe they should tell you that ahead of time and that there is no place to sit down. She said it was interesting but even young people had problems moving as fast as the two hosts did.
