Me and my son had wonderful experience at Ottawa. Everybody was very efficient and symphatetic. I already recomended Viator for a couple of friend that is going visit Canada soon.

The hotel pick-up and drop-off is wonderful and convenient. The ticket processing was smooth.
The tour guide at Ottawa was very informative and sweet.
Suggestion: it would be more helpful if there is some simple tour map in Ottawa on the bus.

Our trip to Ottawa was a great experience! The driver was very nice and to some extent - try to be funny as wel. The tour guide was quite a character but very entertaining throughout the whole tour that we were with her. It was very educational and at the same time - fun!
A very good one espacially the guide, it was a great idea to put a victorian clothes

Both the guide and driver were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist my father who has mobility issues. They allowed him to get the most out of the tours by informing him of the physical requirements of the various portions of the tour and providing alternatives for those activities requiring extensive walking or standing.

Great timing and entertaining coach driver. It couldn't have been better for a fun-filled day trip.
Informative guide, plenty to see and do, adequate free time,lots of options and back by 7 pm
This was the second tour we went to, the first one, being Quebec city, and I really liked it..... Enjoyed it a lot, and our tour guide "phantom" was excellent...
Trip was nice. It's a shame the tour dosen't include a visit to Civilization museum, even a short one.
