Good car, helpful and efficient driver. Good people to work with.
A word of warning. We arrived when immigration was very busy and it took us a long time to get through.. One hour's wait from the flight arrival time is included. After that they charge one Canadian dollar per minute. It was good that I phoned 55 minutes after landing. If you are not there and do not phone, they treat you as a no show. None of this is unreasonable but it is as well to be warned.
The Limo desk is at the exit to the terminal - follow signs for taxis.
Very nice, clean comfortable vehicle, courteous and friendly driver. The only less than positive note is regarding the clarity of the information Viator provided on the pick-up. You have to go to a Limousine counter, not the transportation counter and give them your name then they call the driver to come collect you at the door. It works absolutely fine but I had to call my driver in order to learn how it worked.

Excellent after the car finally arrived. I called x 2 to confirm the reservation which was wrong at the source x 2 and assured it would be correct. Limo facilitator spent 30 min on phone trying to get our car but finally did and driver and car were great. We even called driver back due to a missing item but item was found at curb by another hotel guest and turned in.
Waiting for us when we arrived at the baggage area..and direct to the hotel.
Excellent. Car turned up promptly after telephone call. Trouble free trip to apartment in Mount Royal in stretch limo which was a pleasant surprise as we expected standard sedan. Initially told that the journey was out of the company's area but this was later clarified
Missed calling in advance to confirm travel details. Contacted them on arrival but stood in wrong queue for limo, only after 30 mins did I see proper line. Limo had tried to contact me, but came withing 1 minute of me showing up. My fault for the delay, but car waited for me. So would have been excellent if I had called as requested
Once we found the correct spot to call our car, everything was good. The phone number I was given to call when I confirmed was incorrect. We found the line for reserved cars and then were helped immediately.
Friendly driver, pointed out sites on our way to the hotel which was helpful.
This worked very well for four people with luggage for a cruise. My only negative was that the $15 airport parking fee was added even though the agent booking the reservation said all fees were included.
There was confusion at the airport as to what company the limo was with. It took about 10 minutes for the person in the limo booth to sort it out and find the limo. driver. Once found the service was excellent.
Worth doing it except the driver hassled us with $20...$10 for parking as he claimed and $10 for tip.
We couldn't find our car and driver. He wasn't there to meet us as we exited the outside level of the airport. We had to go to an Information Booth, where they were able to track our driver down and assist us in finding him. Other than that, our trip to the cruise ship pier was fine.

Outside for a driver. The vehicle was a SUV which was cramped for the six passengers.

Was not happy to pay an extra $8 for the taxi parking fee. That should have been included in the price or we got cheated.
The trip from Airport was fine, even though I had to go searching for our driver, the car and trip was okay
