Good historical tour. The guide for Dachau was very knowledgeable and was able to present additional information. A little trouble keeping the group together...not his fault. Buses to and from the train station were jam-packed. Walking tour guide was exceptional in his knowledge of this history! He really walked us around the city and presented some good information in a way that had us hanging on every word!

The Dachau Concentration Camp part of this trip was excellent - really well organised and Craig was great -
very informative and looked after everybody on the tour really well.
I felt that the Third Reich Walking tour with Keith from Scotland was rather rushed but this may have been due to the weather - it rained very heavily.

If you like history or not EVERYONE should take this tour. The Dachau portion is very humbling and makes you appreciate the progress the world has made. First half of the tour was at Dachau and the second half of the day was the Third Reich Walking tour. This was also very informative and really interesting to see. Our tour guide Levi was one of the best tour guides I have had. I would highly recommend Levi as he was a fountain of information and really cared about the topic. This would be a good tour with a bad tour guide, but having such an outstanding tour guide as Levi it made things that much better. Again I highly recommend this tour and if you are smart you would ask for Levi...

Steve was an excellent tour guide. I study a lot about the third reich but sure learned so much more from him. It's a long day of walking so have good comfortable shoes.

Firstly, I thought Craig was wonderful. So informative and also very respectful towards the victims of Dachau and the holocaust I general.
Andy, the Scottish tour guide for the Third Reich Tour, was also very good and knew his stuff and added a bit of humour in to it now and again, which was great!!

Excellent tour. Two brilliant tour guide's with exceptional knowledge and great people skills. Dachau as to be seen while in Munich just the history behind it alone. Walking tour very interesting and a great way to see Munich.

Without glorifying the atrocities that occurred at Dachau, this was a remarkable tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very informative. Dachau really is a surreal place. Well worth doing. Great tour!

Wonderful! Guide was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. It was a long day doing both tours together but well worth it. Came away with a great understanding.

I went on the tour with my teenage son. The whole day was excellent and our guide Levi was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I would strongly recommend the day, as long as you don't mind a lot of walking!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave thorough explanations of all that we saw on the two tours. He provided many opportunities for us to ask questions and responded with in depth answers. We had adequate time to peruse the sites. While Dachau was sad chapter in our history, the tour is tasteful and respectful. The guide did a very nice job of sharing the context, learnings, and aftermath of the holocaust. The film shown on site may be too graphic for younger children. I recommend this tour to visitors to Munich. (Excellent command of English for those wondering about that.)

Both tour guides (Alun in the morning, I can't remember who in the afternoon) were very knowledgeable about the subject material. I would definitely go on a tour again with these guides.

This was a sobering day, but one every human being should experience visiting Munich. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and personable. Despite the length of the two tours combined, one didn't notice this due to the informative talks of the guides.

Steve was an excellent tour guide and his passion for the history of Dachau and the Third Reich is evident. He is highly informative and always kept us informed of what was happening on the tour. An emotional experience to go to Dachau but I have a lot of respect for Munich who have turned it into a place of learning and remembrance.

Maxine took our tour at Dachau and was very knowledgeable and approachable. She made sure we went into the cinema ahead of the other groups and guided us around the site so that we avoided the queues. The visit was very touching but not as emotionally distressing as we thought it might be probably because the memorial site focuses on education and avoids touching on individual experiences from the camp. Our guide in the afternoon, Achim was also very knowledgeable and went to great lengths to bring his subject to life. He had a sarcastic and cynical style of delivery which was unusual, but as the tour went on we appreciated that this was the best way to deliver the subject matter. 2.5 hours walk was enough and we went back to our rooms very tired but well educated and interested in what we had learnt throughout the thoroughly enjoyable day. Would highly recommend!

The Dachau tour was very well-organized and conducted. Our guide, Keith, was very informative and we learned a lot about how the camp, and the camps in general, were run. We found the tour very worthwhile and we recommend it highly.
