This is a must do if you are in Munich. The memorial is very moving and disturbing, but something that you should definitely see. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and professional. His presentation of information was great and he provided insights that we wouldn't have picked up on our own. We're definitely glad that we went with the guided tour and not the audio tour that is available through the memorial.

Must visit for everyone who has time to make it or else you have to create time. The guide was also good but the experience is much more than anything. Very very moving experience.

The tour was amazing. I highly recommend it because, as it says at the camp, "Never Again." The guide was passionate and knowledgeable; I learned so much more than what is read in books. The atrocities of Dachau can never happen again. Everyone should experience this, it will change their life forever.

Absolutely perfect. The guide was great. There was actually too much information for me at times because of the nature of the tour. However, outstanding for anyone in the area.

If you go to Munich you have to take this tour. We had the best guide, he was very helpful and considerate of those who walked at slower pace. I cannot believe the city of Dachau does not supply more buses to accommodate the large number of tours. People need to be a little more respectful when touring these camps including, not talking on their phones or letting their kids run wild. Thank god our group wasn't guilty of that. The tour was not disturbing or gruesome, it was very informative. I felt as if being there you had to leave all the horror up to the unknown, because we will never know everything that happened. I wish every high school student could visit and learn from these terrible mistakes. This tour was one that I was looking forward to, and it met every expectation. Wear comfortable shoes and be careful getting on and off the buses.
