It is hard to visit in the winter, but it's probably more appropriate. It is well worth the visit, and easy to arrange.

This tour was very fast paced in the beginning, as we needed to catch a subway and bus at a certain time, and we had a disabled member in our party and unfortunately it was too fast paced for her. The tour company was great, though, and gave us a refund, directions on how to get there ourselves, and an all day subway pass for us to use.

My wife and I found this to be a very moving and informative tour. We feel everyone would benefit from the experience and learn, in depth, of the tragedies that took place, so as a society we don't repeat them. Everything was explained very tastefully by the tour guide.

The tour is definitely worth doing. It's very educational. The whole history seems a lot more real now. It came out of the history books. Our guide was from South Africa, and he happened to know my boyfriend! Big coincidence!

This was the first tour we took after arriving in Munich. We would have had to run to keep up with the guide. He ran off and left us at the train station. Nothing was said in the brochure about this. The lady did give us our money back and told us how to get there ourselves. Because of this experience my wife did not go on the Salzburg tour even though it was paid for.
