Tour was awesome even though it was pouring raining out and cold. Tour guide was entertaining and the experience was one I won't soon forget. I would definitely recommend it.
I enjoyed Oktoberfest so much and had a very fun group. Thanks to Heidi, our guide.
I loved my trip and I highly recommend this site for your travels. Not only was the booking easy but everything was as it was supposed to be and no hassles! A special thanks to Amy who was our guide, she was amazing!
Fantastic trip, our guide was knowledgeable and fun and we met some really lovely people through the trip which made the experience better - I would definitely book again!
The Oktoberfest tour was excellent! We needed help as we could not find tent tickets anywhere. Not only did we get great seat in the Hofbrau, but we got a great tour with many great tips on what to do (and not do!) at the fest. Thanks to our guide, Ian, for a great time!
HA HA HA, what a blast! I'll remember this trip for the rest of my life! Thank you! i wanna do it again! it was so cool to meet new people and experience the festival. a must for young and old
Wonderful Experience with a knowledgeable fluent English speaking guide who made the Oktoberfest experience a complete pleasure. Well worthwhile for a first-time visitor. I would really recommend this tour.
The best day of our vacation!!! When we met at the train station, everyone was looking into their coffee and not many smiles. Our tour guide Heidi (yes, Heidi), was a wealth of knowledge about the history and know-how of the festival. By the time we received our first beer, we were all singing the drinking song and best of friends. So glad we didn't try to do this on our own. We would have never known how to tip the beer maids or how to do the proper moves to some of the songs. Also we wouldn't have visited some of the entertainment tents like the spinning wheel or know to watch everyone fall down on the conveyor belt of the toboggan ride. Worth every penny.
Excellent tour!!! The tour provided an excellent overview of the history of Oktoberfest, an enlightening tour of the grounds with a ride on the huge Ferris wheel for pictures of the event and a prime spot in one of the best tents. Highly recommend!!!
Excellent tour. I've taken just about every tour that this operator has to offer over the past 3-4 years. Every single one was excellent. I highly recommend this tour and all others offered by this tour operator in Munich.
Everyone needs to experience the real Oktoberfest at least once in their lives.
We celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary on this tour. Our guide oriented us to the festival grounds and then started us off on a great day in the Hofbrau fest tent. It was a day we will long remember. It was extra special as it was also the 200th Anniversary of the fest. Plan on coming back for our 25th!
The guide who showed us around Ocktoberfest was great. She gave us the history, took us to view inside the various tents, & ultimately where we had reservations......in the Hofbrauhaus tent. It was well organized. She answered all of our questions. Had 2 liters of beer/person & half of chicken as promised. We had a blast!
The tour was great. I learned a lot about Oktoberfest that I did not know. I only wish someone had stayed to stop me from drinking so much.
Good tour and very informative but you really don't need reservations to get a seat you normally can walk around and find somewhere to sit. For the history of Oktoberfest though the tour is great.
Austin was our tour guide and we had a great time! There were 8 of us, and we didn't have to worry about trying to get a table to sit together. The tent was a lot of fun and the chicken and beer were delish!
Great day, lots of interesting information from well informed fun guides
After quickly learning how difficult it is to reserve a table at Oktoberfest, Viator came through. Only negatives were the fact that the reserved "box" in the tent is of to the side with your back to the real action going on in the main center of the tent. Also, we were informed only once we went to use our beer and chicken vouchers that it would cost an additional two Euros for each.
We received what was promissed , our guide was ok and we saw ,,wiese,, from different side
