Enjoyed the tour. Our guide was good. Could have been better if he was a bit louder! The castle management could allow photography inside rather than trying to sell their own pictures.

It's as if you are in fantasy land. Absolutely gorgeous! Very beautiful, especially at the lookout point. The trip was good, with the guide who gave us a brief history of the castle.

It said small group tour, so I expected 15-20 people, but there were much more than that. It might be best to specify what "small group tour" actually is.

The tour was good. We felt that our guide should have given more background information voluntarily, rather than just leaving it open for any questions.

A lot of walking, the area is very picturesque. Recommend seeing during summer when the weather allows to view the entire area.

Nice train ride. Restful and had an English speaking guide.

Very good tour but was really rushed to get to the castle and back down again to make the bus to the train. Would do it again. The contact phone for the tour company did not work as they had moved office locations.

My wife and I had a great time seeing the castle, and the guide was superb. The entire day trip was well worth the adventure.

The trip was worth going on, though our guide seemed a bit confused and the group was too big for her to handle. She also only stopped to share the story of the area once. She also needed to stop and wait for the group, it shows she does it often, because she knows where she is going. Overall worth going, but it's a HIKE not a slight uphill climb, this should be noted.

Our guide did a good job of keeping everyone together and informed. Would have been better if we could have all been in same train car where he could speak to us as a group. Same with the bus.

It stated that there would be a small group, but there were at least thirty people on the tour. Also, not a lot of history or information about the castle was provided by the guide.

We enjoyed seeing the castle very much. It would have been a lot better on a chartered bus, taking us directly to the castle. We took two trains, and upon reaching the town of Fussen had bus problems on the public bus. We were too large a group, forty to be precise, and were not able to get on the bus, which was very crowded. We felt very sorry for tour person, with the stress of getting us to the castle in time for our tour. We didn't mind the adventure, but it was not the best situation.

The tour guide was very bland and only explained a small amount of history. It seemed to me he was only there direct us to the castle and nothing else!

There was no before trip briefing and we really did not know what to expect. Also, I believe trip should start earlier.
