Guide was excellent. Tour starting location was fairly convenient. Using Viator instead of trying to make the reservations directly with the tour operator was very convenient. We plan to use Viator for our next trip.

PERFECTO!!Fue un día estupendo. Es una visita obligatoria si uno se encuentra por la zona. Es muy recomendable ir con guía, porque te ahorras mucho tiempo en colas y transporte. Lo tienen muy organizado, y si la gente es puntual, la excursión es fluida y da tiempo de comer tranquilamente y volver a dar una vuelta por los alrededores.Mi guía fue Jordi, GENIAL!

Great tour guide! Thoroughly enjoyed the scenic tour, the guides were extremely knowledgeable and interesting. The castle was beautiful along with the bridge. The gorge and the hike down were an extra bonus that we didn't expect. World's most visited castle and we see why!
Mike from Minnesota was a GREAT tour guide. My friend and I had the BEST time. Mike's recommendations where to eat and how to get down from the castle were right on. I would totally do this tour again and recommend to others. Brian in Phoenix.
This was a very enjoyable day and our gude Mike was very good at making sure we maximized our time to see and tour the Castle. The train to Fussen was a scenic ride and comfortable; however, note that DB Regional trains do not offer any food or beverage service so plan to purchase these items in the station before boarding. Overall, an excellent day trip and heed Mike's or your guides recommendations about hiking or walking to/from the Castle. We really enjoyed the return hike through the Gorge with Mike in lieu of the easy "walk down the street" option to reach the bus for transport back to the train station. Excellent value for price paid.

Our tour guide, Mike from Minnesota, was friendly and informative. We never felt lost. The tour was popular enough to have friendly people from all over. Really small tour groups tend to be creepy.
