This was a brilliant day out; Rothenburg was definitely worth visiting. Well worth the money.

We did not have enough time in Rothenburg.

There was not enough time in Rothenburg. Either skip the Harburg Castle or add two hours to the tour and charge more.

It was a well organised excursion. We had a wonderful time in spite of the bad weather. The guide was very good.

Both Harburg Castle & the Medieval Rothenburg are so beautiful to visit, additional time to visit would have been better; especially in Rothenburg.

It was an absolutely fantastic trip. This was my second trip there with Viator. Both times I brought friends, and both times everyone enjoyed the trip.

This was a good trip, but if I had to do over again, I'd probably rent a car and drive there with others. Being on a bus is sometimes hard to do.

Rothenburg was definitely the highlight! It was a long drive, but caught up on some sleep on the way back.

Our tour guide was not very nice. Since we ended up taking this tour on a German holiday we heard from other people stores may be closed in Rothenburg so we asked our tour guide. We were not the only ones to ask either. He got upset and said you don't go to Rothenburg to shop, you can buy that junk anywhere. You go for the history. He said this several times. Rothenburg is a beautiful historic town with many neat shops. Definitely worth seeing and yes the stores were open. The Harburg fortress is awesome. It is around 1000 years old. Beware on tours that charge extra for the entrance to the castles and even overcharge from the rate you'd pay if you walked up and bought them yourself when you got there. They keep from 1-3 euro on top of what you've already paid for the tour.
