The guide was great, but there was just not enough time.

It was the worst tour I've ever been on. The tour guide didn't shut up the entire three hour bus ride. I will never do one of your tours again. It was expensive to boot!!

3 stops total would have been better. Maybe start 30 minutes earlier and have a 10-15 minute scenic/picture taking stop. The tour guide was absolutely childlike regarding financial issues. He was very disgruntled about people wanting the student rate. He collected money and ID cards and then gave the money and ID cards back to the families who wanted the student rate for their children and told them that his time was too precious and that they could buy their own tickets. He then went on to announce that those people who did not purchase tickets from him were not part of the group and when it came time for the Harburg fortress tour, he yelled at the Harburg tour guide and a family who wanted to join us for the tour. While the childish antics did not affect my family and I directly, I was extremely uncomfortable. The tour guide did not set a pleasant mood.
