Trip was excellent, very well organised. Must compliment the tour guide, the best ever. He was brilliant so well done. You should give him a raise. The bus driver was also very kind and dropped us of at our hotel, which was on his way back. That just cemented our day. Would highly recommend this trip and the restaurant at Neuschwanstein that the tour suggests is well worth trying.

FABULOUS FABULOUS FABULOUS! Pick up was a breeze, our guide was awesome and our stops were awesome. Great tour! The whole tour went so smooth! Definitely great for couples or families!

We really loved our day trip. It was well planned and there was sufficient time to enjoy the sites. What could have been improved was maybe to try to offer to include the horse ride to the castle and the possibility to prebook it as there was a long wait, however I understand that this was not part of Viator responsibility. All things considered an excellent excursion. Will definitely use your services again in my future travels.

Good arrangement of the tour guide and comfortable to take the travel bus. The castles are extremely beautiful and absolutely worth it to visit!!

My girlfriend was very happy since the first moments we were at the bus, the guide started telling about the country history as well as the Munich city. The castles which we have visited are really incredible and amusing, Neuschwanstein one of the most unique architecture i ever seen. I love Germany, I will go back for another vacation soon.

I was worried about the length of this tour, but I did not feel like it was 10.5 hours by the time we got done. Our tour guide was fantastic having to manage 80 people and still be personable and funny. With all the tours I booked through Viator we never had one glitch with our tickets or reservations.

This is one of those fairy-tale trips that everyone dreams about. We went in November when snow covered the alps like a white blanket. The views were incredible. It was a very memorable trip.
