It was great both ways. So glad we did it!
Very comfortable and convenient.
I was never so happy to see this bus after landing in Munich, this was such a easy commute to the central station, the bus driver was very courteous and helpful. I used this service round trip, going back to the airport was just as easy.
The bus is labeled Lufthansa so do not look for Viator. Very easy to find and a short wait.
Excellent. Made for a very easy and hassle free arrival. Driver very courteous and helpful he advised us the best way to get to our hotel. We also booked the return to the airport which was just as convenient.
Driver was friendly and courteous. Went directly to the west train station. Convenient.
Magnificent way to get to the city. The bus was clean, the driver was kind and helpful. We were at the city on time and without any hazard. It is an excellent way to go from the airport to the city and back. I certainly recommend this transfer.
This is one of the easiest and cheapest way to get from the airport to hotel and back. The bus was roomy and nice
Very comfortable buses. Easy to find stop locations. Quick transportation.
the bus driver was very helpful and its good to have an idea of where you are going since the airport is massive. but without a ticket you can as well just pay at the bus since it anyway goes to the city

This was an easy way to get into Munich, although a little confusing to determine the correct bus at the airport. We had used the Munich Airport Shuttle before so it appears this service is the same? The driver accepted our voucher so we were happy and arrived at the train station with no problems.
Very easy and not much more expensive than the public transport. The driver did have a bit of an issue with my viator voucher because he had never seen or heard of them, usually people buy tickets on the bus but he let me on anyway.
The Munich/airport shuttle bus was easy to find, was clean and tidy and ran exactly to time. When we boarded the driver had difficulty in understanding our previously printed and pre-paid ticket and he didn't speak English - fortunately a passenger was able to help. I did notice that we had made a saving of 6 euros by pre-booking the round trip. The bus took approximately 45 mins to get to central station and the driver kindly found an English speaking driver who could point us in the right direction for the hotel. Our return trip 4 days later was equally as efficient. Would definitely recommend the shuttle bus.
