Excelllant trip and guide. If you miss this tour, you shouldn't have gone to Munich.
The tour was outstanding. The tour guide did a good job of explaining everything.

The tour was fantastic and the guide was great. She told us all about the history of the two castles and King Ludwig ll. When I booked the tour I thought ten hours was a long time on a bus but you needed every minute. The bus was very comfortable and with the small group you could ask a lot of questions. When you visit Neuschwanstein take the tram up to the castle. It's a long walk up and the tour of the castle has a lot of steps. On the bus the guide treated us like we were guests in her home. Offering coffee, tea, cold waters and even beer. I would take the tour again just to see the Bavarian alps its was beautiful. But what really made the trip unforgettable was the tour guide and I can't forget the bus driver. She made the trip so smooth and comfortable. Thanks so much.
I have left individual reviews of this trip on Tripadvisor and they reflect what was a superb day that was organised faultlessly by the team on the coach. The coach itself was more or less brand new and made the trip very comfortable. The 3 ladies running the show were excellent and the day couldn't have been better. We need to visit Linderhof again to see the Grotto etc but this trip gave us a great overall view of Bavaria.
It was great- lots of info- guide was friendly and helpful. bus was nice!
This small group tour was lovely - so much nicer than tours involving a double decker bus full of people. We had a delightful guide Franziska who was well informed and interesting and who, with her lovely gentle voice, was a pleasure to listen to. The castles were definitely worth the visit and we also enjoyed the time spent in the gorgeous town of Oberammergau was also very worthwhile. Everything ran smoothly during the day and we felt spoilt by our lovely guide and driver.
This tour was the best one. Truly small group and tour guide was fantastic!! :-)
Excellent time touring Neuschwanstein, Oberammergau, and Linderhof. Christine was a fabulous tour guide and the luxury coach was well worth it.
This tour was Fantasic..the tour Guide was great..easy to understand and and very knowledgeable ..
The bus driver was also very nice and helpful. The bus was the best...would have been nice to have some fruit in the snack pack but everything went perfect.
I would recommend this tour to everyone..
Best part of Munich visit
Franceska is a wonderful tour guide. This was my second trip with her and I hope you will keep her with you
forever. Her commentary was informative and presented with a unique sense of humor. She looked after
each guest with genuine concern and always made sure all was well. The new tour bus was really classy -
certainly VIP! Loved the tour and everything about the excursion.
A great day! Our guide, Franceska was extremely informative and personally saw to the needs of everyone in the group. The benefits of a small group meant virtually no waiting in queues, 'no hassel' meeting times and a genuinely social and relaxed atmosphere. The palaces were well worth the visit and Oberammergau was stunning, agreed more time there would have been great. The bus was a dream . . . single recliner seats with plenty of space, snacks and drinks available at all times. A most pleasurable Sunday Franceska and Elfrieda, our bus driver. The best tour of my five week trip to Europe.
this was one of the best tours I have taken with you. the bus was fantastic, location for pickup easy to find and people on the ground happy and helpful. they gave us a little box of treats when
we started, bananas and water. nice touch. the guide was great and having WIFI / charging ability on board was a big plus. Having the seats staggered was a brilliant idea. I will recommend this to my clients proudly. Worth every penny

Margit was an amazing tour guide! She kept our attention throughout the tour and gave us enough time to explore and shop. Very professional, friendly and nice. Had an amazing trip to the castles and the VIP service was worth it.
We had a great time on the small group tour and would recommend it. Our tour guide, Monica did a super job and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed getting coffee on the bus along with the box of snacks and the beer was a nice touch on our way back. Plus the sites were amazing!
What a great trip - saw everything we expected and our tour guide was great.
Would recommend this trip to anyone - although you need to be able to walk up a big hill to get to the castle!!
Fantastic tour even with the overcast day! Going to the town of Oberammagau was charming and fun (would have wanted more time there). The castles were spectacular even though there is a lot of the castle you do not get to walk through. The rooms and architecture were fantastic!
A highlight of our 4 week European tour. A long day but the scenery, spectacle and the wonderful Gerda made for a fantastic day
It was wonderful, very informative guide and very beautiful. Not to miss this tour if going to Munich
The guide was very informative and helpful. She provided all the historical information we needed to appreciate the locations we visited. We unfortunately had trouble with the wifi connection that was advertised. It clearly annoyed several people on this tour since they had been counting on that connection.
Excellent service, our guide and driver made the trip an experience we will remember for along time.
It was raining in Munich (October 17, 2014) when we caught the bus in front of Karstadt's. We were feeling a little sorry for ourselves, but things improved along the way! There ended up being three couples on our tour including us. The ride from Town to Neuschwanstein, even in the rain, was lovely with commentary by the guide as we rode along. I said to my wife: "You, know the ride alone with the commentary is worth the price of the tour." When we arrived, the rain had stopped. Our guide was excellent. She told us step by step what would happen. We stood in only one line all day and that was for only 10 minutes. Our group going through the castle was about 30 people, 24 of whom were with one tour group. We 6 let them go ahead of us and they would leave each room and we had the room to ourselves. Our guide arranged for a van to shuttle us up to Castle for only 2 Euros each, a good deal. Then she explained how we could catch the horse drawn carriage on the way down, 3 Euros each, still a good deal After Neuschwanstein the guide asked us if we wanted to see The Church in the Meadows, a UNESCO sight. We said yes. Wow, what a treat. When I saw the large Church in the Meadow (seriously) I thought it was nice. When I stepped through the doors and saw the alter, it literally took my breath away! You have to see to believe. Then we went to Oberammergau the home of the Passion Play done by the townspeople every 10 years (not this year). But the little town was a simple fun stop to look at the shops and see the theatre that seats 4,800 and the town is only 5,000. Finally, we got to Linderhoff Castle for our tour. Wonderful. No line. Even though they were closing (DLS time change that was unexpected--Germany doesn't all change on the same day.) our guide called ahead and made arrangements. On the way back to Munich we saw two videos about Ludwig II. The tour was expensive but we knew we were only going once in our lives. Money well spent.
