Awesome! Relaxing and interesting. Our guide, Andy was entertaining as well as very knowledgeable. We loved just sitting back and taking in the sights. He was also a good driver.
It was a wonderful trip. I would highly recommend it!
Muir Woods is amazing and the wineries were very good.
My daughter and I took the tour and thoroughly enjoyed the it! Mark, our driver and guide, was entertaining and soo knowledgeable! Can't recommend him enough!!! I learned so much about this part of our country.
The Muir Woods was our first stop. This is a place where neither a descrition or a photograph can adequately convey the feeling you get standing here; it just must be experinced. If you're ever in this part of the world, don't miss it.
We visited three vineyards, each interesting and unique. But, I have to say our first stop, the small family owned Mayo Family Winery was the high point for me. Meredith Mayo is as effervescent as the wonderful wine her family produces. The Sparkilng Wine was so good we bought two cases and had them shipped home. Meredith is an experience! If you're doing a wine tour, schedule a visit with her, you won't regret it.
Ben is the best ever tour guide..gave such a lot to making this tour such a great day out..we saw and experienced so much.. But Ben gave that little bit extra to the day..and even took an extra photo opportunity for us on way back.. even with heavy traffic.. We would recommend this tour highly.. !
OMG my love one and I had a great time, the host crack'ed very funny joke's thouugh out our trip. Through my experience ; THIS IS A MUST DO AGAIN TRIP (LIKE NEXT YEAR)
Due to the Goverment shutdown Muir Woods was not open so we went elsewhere(Mill Valley?) where there were some sequoias( not as vast as those in the Calaveras where we went as an alternative to our Yosemite tour) We were only a party of 11 so Jesse soon had us on first name terms. We visited Sonoma where we had the opportunity to visit the mission which was historically interesting and were able to sample some cheeses and wines at the Sonoma Cheese factory(we also had lunch here as the barbeque smeel was delicious and we were not disapointed!)
More wine sampling was to follow at Madonna and Meadowcroft - both pleasant places to stop and some excellent wines to sample.
A good trip and well worth it Special thanks to Jesse.
Andy, our guide, provided excellent commentary throughout the trip. Great personality and very knowledgeable of the area. We were all very pleased with his driving skills in SF! It was wonderful to not have a worry of driving/navigating a new area. Sat back, enjoyed the scenery and learned so much about the area. Arrived at Muir Woods in the morning, before the major crowds and enjoyed the tranquility of the Redwoods. Pleased that the wineries were expecting our tour group and were prepared! Visited Mayo, Madonna and Cline Wineries. They were all very generous with their knowledge and the tastings! Lunch in the town of Sonoma had several options. Thanks Andy for a great first trip to the Sonoma/Napa Valley!
Our guide was very knowledgable and made our tour fun and interactive. Our hosts at the wineries provided us with their expertise and delicious wine to taste.
Muir Woods was breathtaking.
Great trip to see Napa and Sonoma if you're a first-timer to the area and want to get a great overview of what both places have to offer.
I especially loved the stop in Muir Woods! It was an area I didn't think I'd be able to see on my short visit to San Francisco and it was a must see. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgable about the history of Muir Woods and the famous trees that reside there. The natural beauty of the place was breathtaking and I see why many people go to the woods to meditate.
The Wine Country Tour was designed to give you a taste of different winery styles, from a small family owned vineyard to a larger vineyard that distributes wine. It was an all encompassing tour that left me excited to return to Wine Country and a little pink in the cheeks from all the fabulous wine I tried.
Wonderful day. Picked up on time with very courteous and knowledgeable driver and tour guide Andy. Muir Woods a definite must on any itinerary and vineyard tours great with plenty of time at each.
Execellent tour! We really enjoyed every single moment
Thanks (from Italy)
Very enjoyable and complete day trip. The winery choices were good because of their size, affordability and selections. Also, did not have an additional tasting fee. Our tour guide, Roman, was very informative and energetic. The trip ended with visiting areas near the Golden Gate Bridge from the Sausolito side which were great views and an added surprise.
