Guide was great. Didn't particularly like having to pay for drinks with meal especially for water and meal was just so-so at best. Plus trip was a little short due to season.

We were traveling on a cruise ship and noticed this tour was the same cost as the one offered by the cruise line. There were a total of 5 of us on the tour. The tour was conducted by using all public transportation from the Port of Naples. The guide was very knowledgeable, kept things moving as the weather was very changeable the day of our visit. We enjoyed the island's sights, and being with a small group was a real plus. We saw more sights then our fellow passengers and had more time to enjoy them.

This tour was great! Although it was low season, our guide was knowledgeable, personable and able to communicate with all on the group. Very well organized.

The Isle of Capri is beautiful and we had a great day, plus a lovely lunch in nice restaurant. The only annoying thing was having to pay for a boat around the island, which we had to do in order to see the blue grotto. While the boat trip was good, the blue grotto was last on the agenda, and when we got there, it was closed!

The jet boat ride over can make you queasy, and the overall time spent in Capri is not that much, but it is gorgeous. The lunch was ok, not great.

Not much 'guiding' by our tour guide but a wonderful island worth visiting again.

Capri was not quite what I expected, but we had a pleasant time. Too many people made it a little unpleasant, but we took the tram up the mountain, which was fun, had a nice lunch, did a little shopping.

We were offered an additional boat tour around the island for a fee, which we accepted. The tour was beautiful but we could not understand the guide. She was very abrupt when we asked her to please speak to us in English and said she was speaking English! The regular guide seemed to be very bored with her job. The restaurant we went to for lunch was perfect. The staff seemed to be enjoying their job and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The island is beautiful and shouldn't be missed!

Capri itself is spectacular, but the trip could have been better. Our guide was friendly, pleasant, spoke English well, and took care of our tickets and getting us around the island. The included lunch was also reasonably good, not always the case on day trips I have taken. However, beyond transportation and lunch, little was provided. The funicular ride listed on the voucher was not actually included. The guide first dropped us at Anacapri and advised us we could at our expense a take a lift to the top of the mountain and back, b go to a museum, or c shop. I chose the museum, which is well worth seeing. We then had lunch and were dropped in the town of Capri, again with the option at our own expense of a taking the Blue Grotto cruise, b taking the around-island cruise, or c shopping for about 2-12 hours!. The Blue Grotto cruise was not available, so I chose the around island cruise 13 euros, and I highly recommend it. The net result was that I had an almost perfect day, but this was mostly due to my selecting the best options offered best for me, anyway tastes differ, rather than the tour as packaged.

Too little time was foreseen so unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to see as much as we would have liked. Also, the guide did not give us many explanations about the things we visited.

Went on too long for what there was to see on Capri.

I feel this trip was a very good deal, considering it includes the ferry, buses around Capri and lunch. It was nice not to have to worry about all that. But our tour guide did not explain our options very well and so our group ended up very frustrated and confused. Some of us wanted to go to Blue Grotto and some didn't. He told us we could only go if enough people wanted to. He told us we still would have had time in Anacapri as well, but that was not true. It was Anacapri OR Blue Grotto. Not enough people wanted to go to Blue Grotto, so the ones who wanted to had to pay extra money. None of this was explained very well, and it was all discussed at the last minute. The trip seemed very unorganized to me. The reason we paid the extra money for a tour group, was for less stress on our part, but it ended up being just as stressful as planning on our own. Plus, the lunch place was 100 tourists being herded in and out.
