it was lovely to exit the customs area and be greeted with our name on a sign, a very helpful driver - Gianni - who took our cases and showed us to the waiting taxi. he gave us plenty of information about naples on the way to the hotel. clean taxi. good driver. excellent service

After a day and a half of flying it was excellent to have someone waiting at the airport to help us load our luggage into the beautiful Mercedes car and take us directly to our hotel. Rosario was an excellent driver and answered all our questions as we drove through Naples and saw some of the sights!
Our driver was waiting for us on arrival at Naples airport and he was polite and friendly and pointed out several sites en route to our hotel. The transfer arrangements could not have gone more smoothly making for a good start to our holiday.

This was an excellent service. Even though our plane was nearly an hour late the driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall when we arrived, holding a clear name sign for us to spot.
