After waiting for my luggage at the airport, the last thing I wanted to do was try to find a cab. By booking this transfer I was met by a professional English speaking driver, who also pointed out good places to eat while in Naples. I will definitely recommend this to my friends - seriously! The driver was GREAT and if I had more time to spend in Naples I would have checked out the Pizza bar he recommended.

Driver was waiting with a sign with our name on it as promised. Driver helped to carry bags to where the van was parked. Minivan was clean and roomy. We were delivered to the door of our hotel and the driver helped us with our bags into the hotel. In a city as bustling and confusing as Naples we would undoubtedly book this airport transfer service again.

They were waiting at the airport upon our arrival with a name placard so that they were easy to identify and took us straight to our hotel and they were very courteous.

My flight was canceled and I was able to get another one but it came in very late and they were great about it. They honored the price I had already paid with no problems. They were very gracious about it also!

Our airport arrival was delayed and we were further delayed when we had stand in line and fill out paper work for lost luggage. We figured our transfer service would be gone - what a joy to walk out of customs and see our arrival transfer patiently waiting for us.

The car's boot wasn't big enough, so the driver had to really push down the lid. Luckily, he didn't damage our cases.

It was great to be met at the airport arrival lounge by a man with a card with my name displayed. It took a lot of the stress and hassle out of trying to make my own arrangements to get to my hotel. It was a nice car with a smart, professional driver. It was well worth the little bit extra over the normal cab fare.
