We were picked up promptly and the driver carried our cases to the car. He also pointed out some tourist attractions during the journey.

Our flight arrived a little early, but our driver was waiting with a big sign that had our last name clearly display. We arrived during the annual festival of the patron saint of Naples, so the traffic was extra crazy. Our driver spoke limited English, but still welcomed us and found alternate routes to quickly get us to the Marriott.

Timely and efficient. Yes I paid more than necessary for the service, but I like the certainty of getting where I need to go. It was early AM and the bus was not an option.

Our luggage did not arrive with us. We had to spend time filing a claim form. The driver was very understanding and waited for us.
When we exited the airport we found a private Mercedes waiting for the two of us to take us to the hotel.
At time of departure we also had a private ride in a Mercedes. The driver was ready at our hotel at 5:30 a.m. and the ride was very comfortable.
In summary, the service was absolutely excellent.

Worth every penny to have a car take you to the airport in Naples. Even though our hotel was near the train station with the construction it would be difficult to find the airport bus. Driver showed up 15 minutes early, spoke English and got us quickly to the airport. Could not have been nicer. if you are not near the train station I would highly recommend.

The driver was early to pick us up, very friendly and drove a nice car. We were very satisfied. Easy to book and definitely worth the money!
