Everything OK!
Viator and Project Napoli Services provided exceptional services to us during our visit to the Amalfi coast. We were very lucky to have Antonio Bacchetta as our driver for all our tours during our five-day stay. We want to also thank our excellent guide Sabrina in Pompeii. She is exceptionally knowedgeable and made our trip to Pompeii an amazing experience. Thank you Antonio, Sabrina and Enzo at Project Napoli for making our trip unforgettable!
Very good service. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived and took us to our destination in Minori. The trip from Naples to Minori is not easy to navigate! Our driver did a nice job and got us to our villa door. He really didn't speak English so we did have difficulty communicating but all worked out. Would definitely use the service again.
When we arrived by train to Naples, it was wonderful to see our driver Felix's warm, friendly smile at the end of the track. Felix pointed out sites along the way to Positano. Where there was confusion as to where we were to meet our villa caretaker, Felix went out of his way to help us contact and find the caretaker and he made sure that our luggage was all set.
Despite my last-minute booking, everything worked beautifully. The driver was waiting and had us on our way to Ravello right away. We saw a part of Italy that I didn't expect to see and even heard Naples beat Rome in soccer on the radio during the drive.
The company acted like a private transfer service by accommodating a last minute change in pickup time and dropping at another location that was on the way to the original destination. Even though the driver did not speak English , he was clever to have someone translate . Thank you for a happy experience and what one would expect for an expensive private transfer
We were picked up on time from our flight and were driven to Positano in highly unfavourable conditions. Huge storms prevailed that evening, however, our driver drove us in a safe and professional manner. The car was clean, absolutely well maintained and in perfect order. Although our driver spoke little english he was able to arrange a porter for us in Positano to assist us with luggage. We highly recommend this efficient service.
Naples Airport was a sea of people! What a relief to see our driver holding a sign with our name! It was raining and the driver insisted we wait in a covered area while he went for the car. He was a very courteous young man with family roots going back 4 centuries. He gave us a lot of history on Naples and other towns during the drive to Ravello. I will definitely recommend your service to our travelling friends.
P/U and transfer from Napoli airport to Positano hotel went fine. Driver was good and informative.****
The condition of the vehicle wasn't too good. The door on one side of the car wouldn't work due to a previous accident and was buckled causing it to be open slightly. The car also made a noise all the way up the mountain. I'm sure they are not all like this though. It was a good price for 6 people.
