Your driver met us right next to luggage claim and was holding a large sign with our names on it. He helped us with the luggage and assisted us getting into the car. On the long trip to Sorrento, he took the time to not only tell us about the area but to stop for photos. He spoke English fluently. His car was a spotlessly clean Mercedes Benz. This was excellent service.

Bit expensive; driver did not have good English, but there was another man at the airport with him that explained where the car was and brought us there with the driver.

Really worth the money to take this means of transportation to the airport, however be sure you arrive 2 hours prior. Naples airport in the early am is bedlam.

The taxi driver was really nice. I specifically requested an English-speaking driver, and the driver we had only spoke Italian. He tried the best he could to explain the sights but it was very difficult to understand.

The driver was on time and pleasant enough, though he did not speak any English. He also dropped us off at the rear entrance to our hotel, presumably since he did not want to drive the extra few minutes up the mountain for the proper entrance. This meant that we had to carry our bags unnecessarily down steps, through a lobby, find an elevator and figure out where the reception area was. Our hotel is very popular and so we assume the driver knew that he was dropping us off at the wrong place, while we only discovered this once he left. We ordered this service to minimize hassles and carrying our bags, but we had to do this anyways to some degree in the end. On the other hand, the car drive I am sure was a lot more pleasant and convenient than the alternative, which is taking the Circumvesuviana train into Sorrento with no guarantee of seats, etc.
