Well organized. Had to use a walker because of broken foot, but everyone accomodated for it.

Great tour! If you have a chance to go to Capri I strongly suggest doing this tour. There are so many things that I never would have seen if I did it on my own. DO THIS TOUR!

Everything was excellent, very prompt service and a very good tour guide. we enjoyed our excursion very much. Lunch could have been better, but not bad.

The excursion is worth it but the guide wasted an hour of our time because she arrived late in the morning

The tour and tour guide were just fine. We were very tired from 2 previous days of long walking tours, so couldn't appreciate everything as would otherwise.

Capri was beautiful!!! Beware that beaches are rocks and not sand though. Lunch was so-so and did not include drinks. Guide was nice, but had to be prompted with questions to provide information and seemed to be more interested in letting group get to "free time" so she could run off.

I was seriously disappointed. Roberta our guide did her very best but we were burdened with several folks who couldn't really even walk. I was also extremely disappointed that we were lead to places but then had to buy our own admission tickets (Villa Ste. Michele, gondola, boat ride, etc). What is with that? I felt ripped off. The description of the tour definitely made it sound like some admissions were included with the price of the excursion. Very good contact and hand offs to make connections. Very happy that we got back to the ship so as not to miss the sailing.

Capri is one of the most beautiful islands I have seen. The ride up to Ana Capri was very interesting and the chair lift to the summit had stunning views. Unfortunately the lunch was awful and although our guide was friendly and informative, the meeting point instructions were confusing and caused wasted time. We want to go back to the island someday, really impressed by the charm and natural beauty.

The tour was not as expected. It was a rainy day and that may have changed the itineray. First, we waited 45 min before taking the hyrdrofoil to Capri. I would rather be sleeping as the port is at the same location as the ship.. Once we were in Anacapri and then Capri, we were dropped to go shopping. Not given a tour or even told where to go see things. The shopping is very high end and not for us. He could have told us where to go see the highlights of the island. Everyone wanted to return early and we did. The lunch was good. This trip was not worth the money. Need another plan for poor weather and a better guide.

Our meeting time was 8.45am and ferry didn't depart till 9.30am - lot of time to spend with "tour meeter" who was not that well presented. Beautiful place, though of the three people handling our tour, none of them appeared that professional or presentable, and the information/knowledge side was poor to non-existent - more just taking us firstly to AnaCapri and leaving us for an hour; then the same down to the town of Capri, and then taking everyone to the harbour to try and "upsell" us a boat tour to the Grotto (not wanted). Also seemed unprofessional in that they were trying to sell their "tour" to passengers on the ferry over - could easily have bought ferry ticket at port, and used local buses and done it ourselves. Also at one stage, spent twenty minutes standing around doing nothing waiting for a bus which cycle between various tour groups. Not the best tour purchased on here in our experience.

The place was incredibe but the tour guide, I don't even remember her name, was rude, did not even tak or tell us about the island. She made the trip horrible. She should not be around tourist.
I book all my tours with your company, in several different countries and never take the time to review a tour. I am always happy, the tour was nice, but she was horrible
